Pound Outfitters LTD. Has donated a Moose hunt in far eastern Newfoundland.
7-day hunt for 1 hunter. This hunt is 7 full days not including travel days before and after.
Fly into St. Johns Newfoundland International Airport where you will be met by the outfitter. Hunter will stay in a comfortable cabin with all the comforts of home. Meals and soft drinks included.
Hunting is done by spot & stalk until a good moose is found. (keep in mind wounded animal policy in effect) so a large caliber rifle is recommended. Archery and Crossbows are allowed. Handguns are NOT allowed in Canada.
Outfitter will provide a recommended equipment list once the hunt is scheduled. License & tag is included.
The license and tag is good for the 7 days, if a hunter wants to extend the hunt, the cost of a NEW license & tag is 1100.00 US Dollars.
Game to add- Caribou for 9500.00 US Dollars, Black Bear for 6000.00 US Dollars. This is a game rich area with plenty of opportunities for success.
Not included:
Hotel and meals before & after the hunt. Flights before & after. Gratuities.

Auction items not paid in full will be resold or in the event of non-payment of any hunt,
cancellation will result.
It is the bidder’s responsibility to 1) contact the outfitter within 30 days after this event, 2) obtain proper licenses and permits and 3) arrange times and dates with the outfitter unless otherwise stated.
Items have a “value” stated for them. This is the customary charge made by the outfitter for this service or the retail price of goods which are offered, but is included here for reference purposes only.
In the event of a “tie” between bidders, the auctioneer may reopen the bidding between the two high bidders only. The person whose bid was not personally taken by the auctioneer will be the first asked to increase the bid, and the bidding will continue.
No goods sold at auction have been inspected by the Phoenix Chapter of SCI and bidders are advised to exercise proper care before their use.
The goods covered by this auction are sold as is with all faults and defects and without any express or implied warranties on the part of the Phoenix Chapter of SCI, including but not limited to, warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability.
