"North Fork Rams" framed print by Gary Swanson from 1983, #1184/1300 : Gary Robert Swanson (1941-2010) was born and raised on a small farm just south of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The Swanson family migrated to Southern California in the mid 50's, and it was there that Gary began his career with the wild creatures of the world. He worked as a taxidermist, museum curator, conservationist and finally as an artist of fine art, prints and posters. Gary has traveled to nearly every game field on earth so that he may seek out the secret haunts of the wildlife. For Gary, the freedom power and romance of the outdoors are vital part of his creative process. The authentic and often romantic nature of his realism and what continues to drive him to capture those rare and precious moments on canvas that will guarantee his art, prints and posters to be remembered forever. Gary has received many honors and awards. He has received Gold Medals, Judges awards, Best of Show and many more. In 1993 he was named "Legend Of Wildlife Art" by leading wildlife conservation organization. Gary's time honored method of oil painting on linen canvas with a technique mastered over years of study, have brought collectors from the world over to Gary's exhibition and show of his art, prints and posters.

Auction Payment Information

All sales are final. No returns will be accepted. Winning bidder authorizes Idaho Wild Sheep Foundation (IDWSF) to charge their credit card for the full amount of the winning bid upon close of the auction. Payments will not be accepted from any third parties outside of a successful qualified bidder nor may the responsibility for any transaction be transferred to a third party. Bidders paying with a credit card will be charged a 3% administration fee. A buyer’s premium of 5% will be added to the final bid price of each item sold online.
Auction Shipping Information
Shipping arrangements and payments are the responsibility of the winning bidder. IDWSF assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No merchandise items will be shipped until IDWSF receives confirmation of full payment. Merchandise will be shipped within thirty (30) days after auction closes and payment confirmation is verified.

Live Auction Rules
Auctioneer and staff will decide any disputes regarding the bids during the live auction.
Donors are not allowed to bid on their own donations nor have any agent bid on their behalf. If the Auctioneer recognizes such bidding or is advised of the same he may withdraw any or all items donated by the offender.
Some of the items on the donated hunts may not be included unless specified:
A. Travel expenses to and from destination
B. Hotel and meals before and after the hunt and/or trip
C. Licenses, tags or permits.
D. Trophy dipping, packaging and shipping.
E. Alcoholic Beverages
F. Gratuities
Most hunts, unless otherwise noted, are for the upcoming season. All trips, unless otherwise noted, expire January 31. Special arrangements other than as set forth on the auction list are expressly between the donor and yourself.
Some non-hunt donations will require delivery at your expense. Any firearms that may be included in the auction are subject to all state and federal laws. Transactions for these items will be handled by an approved FFL provider. The FFL provider information will be sent to the winning bidder for completion of transfer.
Payment for auction items may be deductible as business expenses but are not deductible as charitable donations for Federal Income Tax purposes. Please consult your tax advisor and the IRS for more information.

All goods in the live auction, silent auction and raffles have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The high bidder acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by IDWSF and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, ammunition, or other items, to secure a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. The goods in the live auction are sold “as is” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of IDWSF. IDWSF makes no warranties of fitness or merchantability, and expressly disclaims the same. IDWSF does not accept any responsibility or liability for any design or use. Any written warranties with respect to the goods delivered to the purchaser are those solely of the manufacturer or their agents, and shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the manufacturer. All firearms obtained for this event will be transferred in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations and adhere to any pertaining FFL regulations.
Services:
All services, hunts or otherwise, in the live auction, silent auction and raffles have been acquired from and are supplied by third parties and contain the same reservation set forth under “GOODS” above. No services in the live auction are to be or will be performed by IDWSF. IDWSF shall bear no responsibility for the delivery or quality of any of the services or for any loss or damage arising from or related to or connected with the performance or nonperformance of such services. The high bidder further acknowledges that in the event services are purchased, IDWSF cannot be responsible or liable for any political unrest or instability that may occur outside the confines of the United States, nor can IDWSF be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from. The high bidder further acknowledges that his purchase is final and nonrefundable under any and all circumstances, and that should legal action be required to collect for these services acquired by the high bidder at the auction, IDWSF shall be entitled to all reasonable attorney’s fees, costs of court, and interest as provided by law.
IDWSF is not responsible for any delays or difficulties in bidding related to internet connectivity, server or any hardware or internet related issues.
A 5% buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid price of each item sold online.
