Join Shane Black (Rock Island) or Tony Mudd (Ice Flow) of Canada North Outfitting for a 5-day 1x1 walrus hunt in Nunavut Canada. Canada North Outfitting has provided exceptional Arctic Adventures for over 45 years. No one offers the service and knowledge Canada North provides. A walrus hunt is considered amongst the World's Top 5 Adventures, with experienced Inuit guides taking you in search of big-tusked bulls hauled-out on the ice, you can see why. This hunt can be scheduled in the summer of 2025 or 2026 as a drift ice walrus hunt or a rock haul-out walrus hunt, hunters choice. Either option requires a boat ride, and is suited for an accompanying observer to join, as there are many amazing photographic opportunities of not only walrus, but whales, seals and polar bears. The Ice Flow adventure is like being in a National Geographic Movie. Extra hunters and non-hunters can be added discuss with the Outfitter. Included: 1x1 guided hunt, Hunting License & Walrus Tag. Not Included: Travel & Meals to Canada or Travel & Meals in Canada. The Winning Bidder needs to purchase a Canada North Outfitting Travel Bundle, which includes Round trip Arctic airfare from either Ottawa or Winnipeg, 2 nights hotel in Winnipeg or Ottawa , 5 nights in Winnipeg or 6 nights in Ottawa and meals, and Packing and shipping of trophies back to a Canadian Taxidermist for a Replica. Travel Bundles: Rock haul-out $4870.00 +5% or Ice Flow haul-out $7980.00 + 5% GST Tax Walrus Is not importable into the US or Mexico. • All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds on hunts, services or physical items purchased during the Live Auction. Unless otherwise indicated, all auction hunts, services or physical items must be used within one year of the date of purchase.
• It is the purchaser’s responsibility to contact the hunt and/or services donor immediately, make all necessary arrangements for dates, and submit the application for any necessary paperwork for licenses and/or permits. Failure to make necessary arrangements may constitute forfeiture.
• Alaska Wild Sheep Foundation (AK WSF) is not, and will not act as a conduit or go-between for the purchaser and donor.
• AK WSF has made every effort to ensure the quality of donated hunts and other services. However, AK WSF does not guarantee the satisfaction of the donor or the purchaser.
• All donors must provide notice on the Hunt Donation Form of the number of days of duration and available time frame(s) agreed upon in the donation along with the opportunity to hunt/fish all species indicated in the donation. Hunt donations include any and all ancillary items or services as indicated in the Hunt Donation Form and confirm with the purchaser in the AK WSF’s Live Auction Purchase Agreement sales receipt.
• AK WSF does not guarantee or warrant that a trophy animal or any animal will be taken during the period of the hunt. Locating or taking an animal of trophy quality or otherwise is not a condition of acceptance by the purchaser for the purchased hunt.
• A person who bids on behalf of another person or group is responsible for payment in its entirety.
• The goods and services in the live auction are sold “as is” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of the AK WSF. AK WSF makes no warranties of fitness or merchantability.
• The high bidder acknowledges that AK WSF cannot be responsible for or liable for any political unrest, epidemic or instability that may occur inside or outside the United States, nor can AK WSF be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from.
• The high bidder further acknowledges that his/her purchase is final and non-refundable under any and all circumstances in its entirety.
• These rules are hereby incorporated into the Live Auction Purchase Agreement sheets by reference. The winning bidder agrees to acknowledge and accept these rules and conditionals.
