Outfitters have generously donated the hunts offered in our auction. If you purchase a hunt, you are responsible for contacting the outfitter to identify yourself as the winning bidder and to clarify the details regarding the outfitter’s donation. Please consider adding days and/or animals, or bring an additional hunter at the Outfitter's regular price.
Specializing in the World's largest typical bucks, Briarwood in Bellefontaine, Ohio have generously donated a $4400 credit towards a 3-day/4-night estate hunt for two Northeastern Whitetail Deer. Included are daily fees for two hunters ($2400 value), and a $1000 trophy fee credit PER HUNTER toward the harvest of two trophy whitetails. Daily fees include lakefront lodging, on-site chef for private meals, beverages/liquor, professional guide, transportation of trophies to local meat processor/taxidermist and fishing opportunities on sixteen lakes and four streams. The base hunt package is for a deer scoring up to 170". Applying this donation will leave a balance of $7000 per hunter due upon completion of the hunt. This DONATION CAN BE UPGRADED to higher scoring and/or multiple deer per current price list. All aspects of the hunt are five stars as confirmed by Google and Facebook reviews. Method of take is hunter's choice. Briarwood is located 45 minutes Northwest of Columbus, Ohio. Schedule hunt per available dates mid-September to mid-December in 2022 or 2023. Taxidermy/shipping of trophy not included but can be arranged. The following services are not included but are available to the winning bidder at additional fee: pick up/drop off via private jet into your local airport, taxidermy, meat processing and shipping. Airport pick up and drop off at Dayton or Columbus airport fee is $200. This hunt is non-transferrable without prior consent from Chris Daniels. This is a 100% donation.

1.The auctioneer has the final authority on the amount paid for any item and with identifying the purchaser of any item.
2. If after the auctioneer declares any item "sold", a contest arises between bidders as to who was the successful bidder, the auctioneer reserves the right to reopen the bidding on the contested item.
3.ACSCI has exercised reasonable care and prudence in the selection of auction and raffle items, but cannot accept liability for their use, or misuse, and makes no warranty as to their suitability, safety or function either expressed or implied. ACSCI cannot be held responsible for typographical errors.
4. The purchaser waives any claim for liability against ACSCI or the donor of any property or service, and neither ACSCI nor the donor is responsible for any personal injuries or damages to property that may result from the utilization of any property or services sold. If any action or claim is made against ACSCI by an individual, entity, or state, local, federal, foreign or political body for any matter whatsoever arising from the use of the auctioned items, or any actions or parties conducting business with respect to the auctioned items, the donor and/or purchaser will pay ACSCI’s attorney fees and costs and will hold ACSCI harmless from any judgments thereon.
5. The purchaser is responsible for contacting the outfitter to identify as the winning bidder of the hunt and to clarify the details regarding the donation. No back-to-back combination of hunt donations. Please remember to thank the outfitter for their support of the Adirondack-Catskill Chapter of SCI.
6. If you will be traveling out of the state or country for your hunt, it is your responsibility to learn the rules, regulations and laws of any State or Country where you will be traveling to/from. This includes but is not limited to visas, passports, trophy importation, firearms, medical requirements, and legal restraints to entering/leaving a country. ACSCI is not responsible for any problems you may encounter during your travels. No refund of your purchase will be considered based on your lack of due diligence when planning your trip.
7. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS ON ANY ITEM. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE SATISFACTION OF THE DONOR OR THE BUYER.
