For two glorious days, you will hunt shoulder to shoulder with Marcus stalking trophy sized whitetail of the picturesque Catarosa Ranch located in the true "Golden Triangle of Texas". This region is known to have the highest number of B&C entries per square mile of any place in the WORLD! Your adventure will then continue two more days with Scott further exploring the region for the perfect buck. This hunt will be offered at mutually available dates in 2012 or 2013. CHARITABLE DEDUCTIN QUALIFICATIONS
For your information, under the United States internal Revenue Code Dallas Safari Club is not a charitable organization. It is a 501 (c)(4) non-profit organization. Therefore, in accordance with IRS regulations, no payment made to the Dallas Safari Club for auction items would be tax deductible.
Proceeds benefit the Dallas Ecological Foundation. Dallas Ecological Foundation will require separate payment.
Dallas Ecological Foundation is a qualified 501(c)(3) charitable organization under IRS regulations. Pursuant to IRS Publication 526, charitable deductions for payments made to the Dallas Ecological Foundation for an auction item, if any, are considered to be only the amount paid in excess of the fair market value (estimated good faith value) of the auction item. Shipping arrangements and payments are to be made soley by the winning bidder with the shipper of their choice. DSC asssumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No hard item merchandise will be delivered to buyers until DSC bank confirms full payment has been received. All hard merchandise may not be shipped until 30 days after the close of auction.

Dallas Safari Club does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
10. Dallas Safari Club may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any goods that were affected by any malfunction.
11. Dallas Safari Club reserves the right to terminate Bidder registration and use of the online auction of any particular Bidder without notice to said Bidder or penalty.
