Ornate broadsword from Victorian era with fancy cast metal mounts and great patina. During the 19th century armourer’s like Schmidt created decorative arts in the form of arms and armour to decorate and restore the collections in thecastles and great halls of Europe. Measure 46” overall. Very impressive. $2500-$5000
