Outstanding North African Snaphance flintlock musket with silver and bone decoration. The musket features a 48” barrel of approximately .68 caliber with exquisite hand hammered silver wraps the length of thebarrel. The metal parts have taken on a grey patina with some light surface rust. The ornately decorated stock features intricate bone and silver inlay, with silver wire wrap of a quality certainly befitting a chieftain. The butt stock shows a small amount of damage and light surface rust. A Spanish una peseta silver coin hangs from a sling swivel under the butt stock. The time and effort that must have been required to create thispiece must have been extraordinary. Est.: $600-$1,200.

Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
