Ruger PC9 Carbine w/ M-LOK Rail Features: This model ships with a 10-round magazine for consumers in those states which limit magazine capacity. CNC-milled handguard that is Type III hard-coat anodized aluminum for maximum durability, with Magpul® M-LOK® accessory attachment slots on all four sides for easy mounting of M-LOK-compatible rails and accessories. Factory-installed, barrel-mounted picatinny rail allows for the forward mounting of optics. Interchangeable magazine wells for use of common Ruger® and Glock® magazines. Ships with SR-Series/Security-9® pistol magazine well installed and an additional magazine well accepting Glock® magazines is included*. Easy takedown enables quick separation of the barrel/forend assembly from the action for ease of transportation and storage. Takedown is as simple as locking the bolt back and verifying that the rifle is unloaded, pushing a recessed lever, twisting the subassemblies and pulling them apart. Dead blow action features a custom tungsten dead blow weight that shortens bolt travel and reduces felt recoil and muzzle rise. Bolt is machined from heat treated, chrome-moly steel to ensure strength, structural integrity and durability. Reversible magazine release and reversible charging handle to support ambidextrous use or one-handed control manipulation while maintaining a proper firing grip*. Cold hammer-forged, chrome-moly steel barrel with ultra-precise rifling provides exceptional accuracy and longevity. The heavy contour barrel provides consistent accuracy, while barrel fluting sheds unnecessary weight and allows for quick handling. Threaded barrel with included thread protector allows for use of standard muzzle accessories. Soft rubber buttpad with spacers allows the rifle to be properly sized for different shooters or varying levels of outerwear or defensive gear (three, 1/2" spacers included). Durable, glass-filled nylon synthetic buttstock features a proprietary texture for enhanced control and an integral sling mount for rapid sling attachment . Light, crisp trigger pull with minimal overtravel and positive reset utilizing proven 10/22® trigger components. CNC-machined from an aerospace-grade 7075-T6 aluminum billet, the receiver includes an integrated Picatinny-style† rail and is Type III hard-coat anodized for maximum durability. Also includes: one, SR-Series pistol magazine and hex wrenches for disassembly of the chassis and aluminum handguard, as well as removal of the charging handle. Live Auction Group will not return or refund money if an item is not exactly in the same condition as listed in the online listing. All ratings in the online listing are subjective and are of visual opinion, no mechanical inspection is undertaken by KOS unless stated. Any concern on a listing must be addressed via email before the closing of the auction.
Any items that are purchased that we are not able to deliver will be sold at the next opportunity, regular commission charges apply to that secondary sale.
We require your full correct name and a mailing address for your items won. Customers who fail to do so, or who need the paperwork restarted due to an error on their part will be charged an administrative fee of $25.00 per lot. Note that any items that have been purchased but are deemed “not importable/exportable” will be sold at the next opportunity. Regular commission charges apply to that secondary sale.
You have sole responsibility for your purchases. Please check with your governing body to ensure your intended purchase is importable, as well as the third-party exporter to ensure they will be able to export to your country, this should be done prior to bidding.
If you are unable to complete the transaction within 2 months, the lots will be sold at the next auction. You will be charged a regular commission on the resale.

BUYERS PREMIUM & TAXES: All items purchased online are subject to a 3% buyer's premium. Canadian Taxes will be charged at the rate applicable to the shipping destination. Item(s) purchased and shipped outside of Canada are not subject to Canadian taxes, however, you will be responsible for customs or duty charges.
TERMS OF PAYMENT: At the conclusion of the Auction all items purchased will be charged to the Visa or Mastercard that was provided at registration to guarantee payment. If shipping is required for any purchase an additional charge will occur the day the item has been shipped. A $50.00 late payer fee will be added to any invoice that can't be processed at the conclusion of the sale. Please ensure that we have the correct number and expiry. Recurring problem payers will be banned from future sales. Bidders are responsible for full payment of all their purchases at the drop of the hammer. We will attempt to charge your credit card partial amounts until the amount is paid in full if required. Any purchase which has not been fully paid will be resold at the next available opportunity to mitigate damages to Live Auction Group. Our normal commission charge will apply on re-sale. Any balance remaining unpaid after the resale will be referred to our collection agency, and or small claims court.
If your credit card or shipping information changes after you sign up for the auction you will need to email us at sales@bashawsports.com. ICollector only forwards information at the time of registration it does not forward changes.

BIDDING: The highest bidder shall be the purchaser and the decision of the auctioneer relating to all matters is final. Pre-bids are time-stamped and the earliest bid will win any tie situation. All sales are final and not subject to conditions. All merchandise is sold 'As Is' without recourse to the vendor. All goods advertised or displayed are subject to withdrawal prior to sale within the discretion of the auctioneer. The Auctioneers may reject a bid at their discretion without reason or explanation. The Purchaser expressly acknowledges and agrees that in no event shall Live Auction Group or its associated companies be liable for any damages including without limitation any compensatory, incidental or consequential damages.
The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. If we sell firearms that have been previously de-activated by others, these may not meet current or exportable standards. Firearms de-activated by other may or may not have a “de-activation letter” available. We are not able to search for letters for firearms de-activated by others.
