A very good pair of Civil War Era US Brigadier General Officer& #39;s epaulettes with japanned tin case complete with latch. Gilt ribbed strap wth brass shell. Double row of hanging bullion tassels. Top of epaulettes feature bullion Brigadier star. Missing the eagle button. Bottom marked & #34;Owen Evans & amp; Co.& #34; over & #34;Washington D.C.& #34;. The case has scratches and dings.
