22 bore, 12.25" smooth fluted to round barrels with wedding bands. Varnished wood full stocks with European-style molding. Gilt brass faceted ramrod pipe, entry pipe, triggerguard, buttcap, sideplate, and tumbpieces. Triggerguard and entry pipes chiseled with floral motifs, buttcap with long langlets in a geometric form, with sideplate depicting angels. Replaced brass lockplate with flat swan-neck cock and faceted brass pan. Steel frizzen without bridle. Barrels marked "LAZARINO COMINAZZO", likely spurious. **Fair to good condition as-is. Barrel has a light pewter patination with some scattered oxidation. Some moderate wear to gilt finish with some bronzing. Lockplates are mostly bright. Stocks show some minor sections of replaced wood along ramrod channels with some additional old stable splits around barrel pins. Action is functional.** Provenance Colonel John Hays Collection Harry B.
