Pair of French large bore belt pistols circa about 1850 in very good to near fine condition. Measures 8 1/4" overall with a 3" octagon BBL's micro-rifled and about .70 Cal. Folding triggers with belt hooks. Lightly engraved and S/N 5844 on each pistol. No makers name but very good quality. The condition is exceptional with just minor erosion and staining to original bright polish on the metal. The stocks are stained to simulate burl wood and are also very good plus. Est.: $600-$1200
