Made in Suhl, Germany by J.P. Sauer & Sohn, circa 1910. 26-3/4" blued Krupp steel barrels with matted rib, rifle sights, claw bases, and extractors with 12 gauge shotgun barrels over 9x72R rifle barrel with 2-1/2" chambers and Full and Modified chokes. Gun is fitted with new made claw mounts and rings with Weaver K-4 scope with Post reticle. Case-hardened sidelock action with vignette engraving, cocking indicators, side cocking lever, and top tang safety . Action is controlled by double triggers and protected by vignette engraved steel trigger guard. Walnut checkered pistol grip stock with horn butt plate, steel grip cap, and vignette engraved steel bullet trap. Matching checkered walnut splinter forearm with latch release. LOP: 14-3/4". CONDITION
Overall 80% fading original barrel blue with edges turning silver. Action has worn to a silvery patina with some oxidation staining. Wood has oil-soaked appearance with dings and marks and checkering worn flat. Good bores with mechanics needing some work. Clear optics with good lock up.
