Getting there
We want to make your journey to Double A Outfitters as smooth and convenient as possible. You have two options for reaching us:
Drive Directly to Our Lodge:
If you prefer to drive, our lodge is easily accessible by car. We will provide you with detailed directions upon booking to ensure you have a straightforward route to our location.
Fly into Rapid City or Gillette:
If you’re flying in, you can choose to fly into Rapid City, SD or Gillette, WY, both of which are within reasonable distance of our lodge. We offer transportation from either airport to the lodge for a fee. Once you arrive, we’ll be there to pick you up and take care of the rest.

In Wyoming, preference points are required for Pronghorn. Antelope generally can draw with (0-5 Points)

Shipping arrangements/payments are solely between winning bidder and the shipper of their choice. SCI-SFC assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No hard item merchandise will be delivered to buyers until SCI-SFC bank confirms full payment has been received. All hard merchandise may not be shipped until 30 days after the close of auction.

BIDDER AUTHORIZES SCI-SFC TO CHARGE BIDDER’S CREDIT CARD FOR THE FULL AMOUNT (PLUS BUYER'S PREMIUM) OF EACH SUCCESSFUL BID PLACED BY BIDDER IMMEDIATELY UPON THE CLOSE OF EACH INDIVIDUAL SALE. All sales are final. NO RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE WILL BE ACCEPTED. No payments will under any circumstances be accepted from any third party not being a successful qualified bidder. Bidders’ names and addresses to which the merchandise must be delivered may not be changed after date of sale.

SAFARI CLUB INTERNATIONAL – SOUTH FLORIDA CHAPTER (SCI-SFC)
The following provisions will apply to bidders participating in online bidding:
1. Winner’s credit card on file will charged the full amount for each successful bid. Winner will receive an immediate email acknowledgement at the conclusion of the bidding phase followed by a paid invoice once their payment has processed.
2. In the event the card is declined, SCI-SFC will make one attempt to contact the winner to obtain a new form of payment. If the bidder cannot be reached, SCI-SFC may, in its sole and absolute discretion, re-sell the affected item. Online bidders are encouraged to remain available via cell phone during the bidding process.
3. Online winners will be assessed a Buyer's Premium (5% or $250, whichever is less) on the total winning bid amount for each online purchase. The Buyer’s Premium will be included in the total charged for each item.
4. Online bidders agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted during the online auction.
5. SCI-SFC reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction.
6. If bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction in any way, bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased.
7. SCI-SFC reserves the right to terminate bidder registration and use of the online auction, and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.
8. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY FOR SAFARI CLUB INTERNATIONAL- SOUTH FLORIDA CHAPTER (SCI-SFC)
GOODS: All goods in the live auctions, silent auctions and raffles have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The high bidder acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by DSC, DSCF or FRONTLINE and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, bullets or other weapons to secure a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. GOODS ARE SOLD “AS IS” WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS, AND WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THE PART OF SCI-SFC MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM THE SAME. SCI-SFC do not accept any responsibility or liability for any product, design or use. Any written warranties with respect to the goods delivered to the purchaser are those solely of the manufacturer or their agents, and shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the manufacturer. All firearms obtained for this event will be transferred in accordance with federal, state and local regulations. SERVICES: All services (hunts or otherwise) in the live auctions, silent auctions and raffles have been acquired from and are to be furnished by third parties and contain the same reservation set forth under “GOODS” above. SERVICES ARE SOLD “AS IS” WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS, AND WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THE PART OF SCI-SFC. SCI-SFC MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS THE SAME. No services are to be or will be performed by SCI-SFC and neither entity shall bear no responsibility for the delivery or quality of any of the services or for any loss or damages arising from or related to or connected with the performance or non-performance of such services. The high bidder further acknowledges that in the event services are purchased, SCI-SFC cannot be responsible for or liable for any political unrest, epidemic or instability that may occur inside or outside the confines of the United States, nor can SCI-SFC be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from. The high bidder further acknowledges that his/her purchase is final and non-refundable under any and all circumstances, and that should legal action be required to collect for the services acquired by the high bidder at the auction, SCI-SFC shall be entitled to all reasonable attorney’s fees, cost of court and interest as provided by law.
9. Bidder acknowledges that the online auction bidding phase is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. SCI-SFC will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on SCI-SFC`s or bidder`s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a bidder`s internet connection, computer or system. SCI-SFC does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
10. SCI-SFC may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any goods that were affected by any malfunction.
11. CHARITABLE DEDUCTION QUALIFICATIONS
• SCI-SFC is a 501(c)(4) non-profit organization and not listed as a charitable organization under the United States Internal Revenue Code. Therefore, in accordance with IRS regulations, no payments or donations made to the SCI-SFC for auction items would be tax deductible.

12. AUCTION CREDIT POLICY FOR SCI-SFC. Disputes regarding auction items purchased during the SCI-SFC Fundraiser, or at any other time, shall be submitted to the SCI-SFC Board in writing and shall detail the basis for the dispute and the grounds supporting a refund. The SCI-SFC Board may, in its sole and absolute discretion, approve an auction credit for the amount paid, deny relief, or, in extraordinary circumstances, approve a refund of the amount paid. Without limitation, credits or refunds will not be given if the auction winner is unable to utilize the purchased item in the time described in the auction description due to illness, work conflicts, personal or family conflicts or death(s), travel delays or cancellations or any other similar matters affecting the auction buyer that are outside of the control of SCI-SFC auction credit policy will not apply to any auction item for which the Donor and Buyer alter or vary the terms set forth for the item in the auction catalog or any other description of the auction item prepared and/or disseminated by SCI-SFC. If a refund or credit is approved by the SCI-SFC Board for any auction item the proceeds of which are to be paid to or split with any third party beneficiary, the refund or credit will not exceed the net amount allocable to SCI-SFC for such item. All credit or refund decisions are within the sole discretion of the Board of SCI-SFC and all Board decisions are final.
