Join Royal Karoo for an exceptional hunting safari in the Eastern Cape of South Africa and a first class tour to Cape Town. The rifle hunting package includes two hunters and two non-hunters for eleven nights (six hunting days and four days on the Cape Town tour). Trophy fees on this rifle hunt include one each blue wildebeest, zebra, impala, common springbuck and black springbuck to be shared by the hunters. A day of deep sea fishing is also included in this package. This hunt can be taken in 2019 or 2020. Accommodations during the hunt include luxurious cottages. If the winning bidder chooses the bow package, only one hunter and one non-hunter can go on this safari. The hunter will be limited to four animals to be chosen from two lists of generally available trophies per the outfitter's donation. One day of deep sea fishing is also included in the bow package. Both the rifle and bow packages are for the same number of days and nights which include a four- day/three-night trip to Cape Town via the world famous Garden Route, including stays in Knysna, Stellenbosch and Cape Town. Auction items not paid in full this evening will be resold or in the event of non-payment of any hunt,
cancellation will result.
It is the bidder’s responsibility to 1) contact the outfitter within 30 days after this event, 2) obtain proper licenses and permits and 3) arrange times and dates with the outfitter unless otherwise stated.
Items have a “value” stated for them. This is the customary charge made by the outfitter for this service or the retail price of goods which are offered, but is included here for reference purposes only.
In the event of a “tie” between bidders, the auctioneer may reopen the bidding between the two high bidders only. The person whose bid was not personally taken by the auctioneer will be the first asked to increase the bid, and the bidding will continue.
No goods sold at auction have been inspected by the Kansas City Chapter of Safari Club International and bid- ders are advised to exercise proper care before their use.
The goods covered by this auction are sold as is with all faults and defects and without any express or implied warranties on the part of the Kansas City Chapter of Safari Club International, including but not limited to, warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability.
