Blue wool body, trimmed in Red around the edges. Gold bullion on the collar and sleeves, the sleeves also outlined in red around the edges. The rear coat tails are outlined and red trim. Gold bullion and ordnance bomb on each tail on yellow background. Coat is lined with brass eagle buttons marked with & #34;A& #34;. Both brass epaulettes with red background round disk with a brass gilt & #34;3& #34; and Captains bars. These early Officers uniform seldom come up for sale in this condition.
