carbine with elliptical barrel, gold damascened decoration, inlaid stock, engraved barrel and in near fine condition circa 19th century. The pistol/carbine measures 30” overall with a 22” barrel that measures 1 ¾” across mouth by ¾” in height. The lock shows quality gold damascene scrolls matching to the tang and there is a small maker’s cartouche upon the lock. The richly fiddleback tripped stock is bone inlaid with brass studs and small disks typical of topcoppi and Turkish gunsmiths. The barrel is nicely scroll engraved 10” forward of the breech and the muzzle is deeply engraved in a mid-eastern floral pattern. The condition is very good plus to near fine and it is the best of its type we have encountered in more than a decade!! (Antique) Est.: $2,500-$5,000

Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Registration and Regulations apply and must be strictly followed.
