Winners can obtain their merchandise at the NRA Women's Leadership Forum Luncheon & Auction on Friday, May 20, 2016. If winners are unable to pick up their items on location they will be shipped their merchandise after the auction. Please allow 30 days for shipping. Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling costs.

The following provisions will apply to Bidders participating in online bidding:
1. At the conclusion of each bidding phase, the highest bidder’s credit card on file will be charged the full bid amount and the bidder will receive email confirmation, along with a paid invoice. If for any reason NRA is unable to capture payment upon item close and the winning is unavailable to provide another source of payment, the item will be subject for re-auction.
2. Online Bidders agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted during the online auction.
3. NRA reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction.
4. If Bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction in any way, Bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased.
5. NRA reserves the right to terminate Bidder registration and use of the online auction, and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict Bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.
6. All items sold through NRA are received from third party vendors. GOODS: All goods in the live auctions and silent auctions have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The high bidder acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by NRA, and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, bullets or other weapons to secure a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. The goods in the live auctions are sold “as is” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of NRA. NRA makes no warranties of fitness or merchantability, and expressly disclaims the same. NRA does not accept any responsibility or liability for any product, design or use. Any written warranties with respect to the goods delivered to the purchaser are those solely of the manufacturer or their agents, and shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the manufacturer. All firearms obtained for this event will be transferred in accordance with federal, state and local regulations. SERVICES: All services, hunts or otherwise, in the live auctions, silent auctions and raffles have been acquired for and are to be furnished by third parties and contain the same reservation set forth under “GOODS” above. The services in the live auctions are sold “as is” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of NRA. NRA makes no warranties of fitness or merchantability, and expressly disclaims the same. No services in the live auctions are to be or will be performed by NRA. NRA shall bear no responsibilities for the delivery or quality of any of the services or for any loss or damages arising from or related to or connected with the performance or non-performance of such services. The high bidder further acknowledges that in the event services are purchased, NRA cannot be responsible for or liable for any political unrest or instability that may occur outside the confines of the United States, nor can NRA be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from. The high bidder further acknowledges that his/her purchase is final and non-refundable under any and all circumstances, and that should legal action be required to collect for the services or merchandise acquired by the high bidder at the auction, NRA shall be entitled to all reasonable attorney’s fees, cost of court and interest as provided by law.
7. Bidder acknowledges that the online auction bidding phase is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. NRA will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on NRA`s or Bidder`s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a Bidder`s internet connection, computer or system. NRA does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
8. NRA may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any goods that were affected by any malfunction.
9. NRA reserves the right to terminate Bidder registration and use of the online auction of any particular Bidder without notice to said Bidder or penalty.
FFL INFORMATION:
Southern Tactical and Outdoors is proud to partner with the NRA Women’s Leadership Forum to facilitate the firearm transfers. STO wishes to make this process quick and seamless to allow you to continue enjoying your time at the convention. Our service includes coordinating the transfer with your local FFL and to ensure that your firearm is properly packaged and shipped so that is arrives timely and safely. Please note, amounts paid to STO do not include any background fees or transfer fees with the local FFL holder in your state. We are happy to ship your firearm to the FFL of choice. The transfer service fee is $100 per firearm and includes up to $1,000 of insurance (additional insurance is available).
