Steel construction with brass trim and rivets. White leather sweatband with reinforced rear lames. Brass brow band with Mexican eagle device. French-style plume with black horsehair plume. Leather-backed brass chinscales. White feather plume in silver holder adorned with Mexican eagles. **Good condition overall.
