Ruger #1 rifle custom re-built on special order for Robert Petersen (the publisher of “Guns & Ammo”) by a master gunsmith. Re-chambered to .450-400 3 ¼” big game express caliber. Finely made custom checkered burl walnut stock with raised Monte Carlo cheek piece and select exotic wood fore end cap. Finely rust blued with color casehardened frame and trim (Also sight rail and scope mounts casehardened). KahlesAustria 2x scope on thumb release mounts. Flip up rear sight with white bead front sight. Measures 41” overall with a 24” heavy round barrel. Measures 14 ½” to the end of pad from trigger. Fine to excellent condition as recondition. Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Registration and Regulations apply and must be strictly followed.
