Our top-notch instructors and industry professionals will teach you how to handle a gun, hunt, and see what it's like to supply your own meat from a sustainable, 'clean' resource.
Items you will learn include how to safely handle and shoot a rifle out to 300 yards, how to hunt by spot/stalk and tracking (2x1), shot placement of game species from around the world, understanding wildlife and ecology in the field, how to process the meat - from removing the hide and deboning to packaging your cooler for the trip home, and much more.
Includes:
5-night lodging, all beverages & meals.
SAAM training, class, and range time.
Hunt female game species
Rifles + 120 rounds of ammo supplied. Strongly recommended using SAAM's guns, but you can bring your own.
Skeet range shooting - shotgun + 25 rounds of ammo.
Excludes:
Cost for Texas hunting license.
Travel to/from FTW Ranch.
Tips for staff and instructors.
Please bring a cooler (60 qt. minimum).
