Join us on a Fallow deer hunt and tour of Serbia! Fallow deer is hunted at several places in eastern Serbia, at one place near the Belgrade and one place near the Novi Sad that is fenced areas sized from 250" 1.200 ha. It does not require any special physical condition. This hunt is for 2 hunters or 1 hunter and 1 observer. Included in this hunt are 6 nights, 3 hunting days, 2 tourism days, hunting organization, assistance for settlement of customs formalities at Belgrade airport in arrival and departure, use of 4x4 vehicle during the stay, lodging and full board in 3-4-star hotels or hunting lodges, assistance of professional hunter and local game keepers, field preparation of trophies. Not included in this hunt are Airfare tickets, trophy fee for Fallow deer without size limit ($3,000), rent a rifle with ammo ($150) for hunt, VAT 20% (be added on donation value and total bill), Serbian hunting license ($140), official measurement ($35) per trophy, cape ($100), single 4x4 vehicle for hunt ($200) per day, packing, export documentation and sending of trophies, tips, drinks and gratuities. Additional hunters welcome at ($4,100), extra observer at ($2,500), extra hunting day ($550), extra observer day ($350). Wine tasting tour – daily tour with included visit of 3-4 wineries around Novi Sad, lunch in some nice restaurant on the road, English speaking driver with luxury car and assistance of person who is "knight of wine" - member of the local organization of wine lovers ($350). Trophy fees for additional animals: Carpathian or Balkan chamois without size limit ($3,300), Mouflon Sheep without size limit ($3,750), fallow deer without size limit ($3,000), Red stag up to gold medal ($8,000), Russian wild boar without size limit ($1,750), racka sheep ($3,650), feral goat ($2,450), wolf ($2,500), jackal ($1,100), wild cat ($1,850), badger ($950), marten ($800), fox ($350), wild turkey ($800). Our mission is to preserve the sport of hunting through education, conservation and the promotion of our hunting heritage. Our members come from a diverse background and have a wide variety of hunting, fishing, outdoor and other interests. We conduct youth outdoor education programs, career training, hunter education and field experiences throughout the year. HSCF has provided over $4 million in grants for hunter-funded conservation initiatives including research, habitat protection, species proliferation, wildlife management, water projects, urban sprawl projects, anti-poaching campaigns and other efforts. AUCTION RULES, TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following rules apply to all bidders participating in online bidding and must be followed unequivocally. All decisions of the auctioneer will be final. The auctioneer and HSCF staff will render decisions on any disputes regarding the bids during the auction.
HSCF supports and promotes hunts and trips from donors who are members in good standing with their local and national hunting associations.
Some items, as components of donated hunts, may or may not be included unless specified. This may pertain to travel expenses to and from destination; hotel and meals before and after the hunt; alcoholic beverages; trophy dipping, packaging and shipping; gratuities and other items. Please review the details for each auction item.
Most hunt donations have specified dates for which they may be taken. Special arrangements other than as set forth in the auction descriptions are expressly between the donor and the auction winner.
Some non-hunt donations may require delivery and installation at your expense.
The winner’s credit card on file will be charged the full amount for each winning bid. At the conclusion of the auction, the winner will receive an email acknowledgment and a paid invoice once payment has been processed.
In the event the winner's card is declined, HSCF will make one (1) attempt to contact the winner to obtain a new form of payment. If the bidder cannot be reached, HSCF may, in its sole and absolute discretion, may offer the item for resale.
HSCF online auction winners will be assessed a Buyer's Premium (5% or $250, whichever is less) on the total winning bid amount for each online purchase. The Buyer’s Premium will be included in the total charged for each item.
Online bidders agree to not interfere or disrupt the standard working function of any aspect of the online auction, via any device, software or other means.
If an active bidder is not satisfied with an aspect of the online auction, the bidder's only recourse is to discontinue use of the online auction system prior to the conclusion of bidding or the purchase of an item.
HSCF reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction and/or to void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding, and offer any goods affected by any malfunction for resale.
All disputes regarding HSCF auction items purchased during this auction shall be submitted in writing to HSCF. All disputes and/or requests for refunds must detail and demonstrate proof of dispute. HSCF, at its sole discretion, may or may not approve a requested refund, based on the evidence and information provided. Credits or refunds will not be given, for any reason that is beyond the control of HSCF, if the auction winner is unable to utilize the purchased item with the time frame described in the auction description. Credits will not be provided by HSCF for any item for which the donor and buyer alter or vary the terms set forth for the item in the auction description as provided during this auction.
For any approved credits or refunds, which will be made at the sole discretion of HSCF and are final, the credit or refund will not exceed the amount allocated to HSCF for the specific item, in the case of items for proceeds are to be shared with any third party.
It is the bidder’s responsibility to read the HSCF Disclaimer of Liability for Goods & Services. By bidding on any auction item, whether in person or online, the bidder agrees that they have read, understand and agree to the HSCF Disclaimer of Liability.
