• This is a completely private trip to Tuscany for friends and family
(TEN people total).
• The trip may be taken either in the year 2020 or 2021. Dates
available for 2020 are limited (please follow up with the guide
immediately after your purchase). For 2021, June or September is
recommended.
• During the whole week, your private guide and wine consultant
Ema Baskovic of Schlossadler will be accompanying you.
• You will stay at Schlossadler’s authentic private 700-year-old
Tuscan Farmhouse villa in the heart of Tuscany.
• You will discover the passion of Italian culture and hospitality,
ancient architecture, medieval villages while indulging in the unique
wines of Italy.
• Arrival/departure point is Florence, Italy.
• Not included are airfare, extracurricular activies and any gratuities.

• Here is the itinerary as detailed by Schlossadler Wines:
DAY 1 – Sunday: Meeting in Florence
Pick up by a private van in Florence and drive to our authentic
Farmhouse villa near Pienza. Guests will be acquainted at the
welcome reception followed by chef prepared dinner and wine
tasting. *Dinner and wine included.
DAY 2 – Monday: Montepulciano & Winery
Leisurely breakfast at the Farmhouse villa. Visit to the famous
wine town of Montepulciano. Sightseeing and free time for
shopping and lunch. Private Winery Tour and dinner at vineyard.
*Breakfast, dinner and wine included.
DAY 3 – Tuesday: Siena & Pienza
Breakfast. Scenic drive to historic Siena. Guided sightseeing tour
and free time for shopping and lunch. Exclusive wine and food
pairing dinner in Pienza. *Breakfast, dinner and wine included.
DAY 4 – Wednesday: Eat, Drink & Relax
Breakfast. Relax at the pool, explore your surroundings or get a
massage. Join our cooking class, taste wines and enjoy the day
under the Tuscan sun. Picnic dinner on the hilltop watching the
breathtaking sunset. *Breakfast, lunch, dinner and wine included.
DAY 5 – Thursday: San Gimignano & Winery
Breakfast at the Farmhouse villa. Early departure to the medieval
town of San Gimignano (known for their leather goods) with
guided tour and free time for shopping. Private winery tour and
tasting. Return to the Farmhouse for a relaxing dinner with wine.

DAY 6 – Friday: Brunello di Montalcino
Breakfast at the villa. Drive and visit to the picturesque home of
Brunello, the commune of Montalcino. Winery visit and exclusive
Brunello wine tasting at the vineyard. Farewell dinner and wine
tasting at the Farmhouse. *Breakfast, dinner and wine included.
DAY 7 – Saturday: Ciao!
Another amazing traditional Italian breakfast at the Farmhouse
villa. Time to pack and say “Ciao” to your new friends. Drop off
at Florence train station or airport. *Breakfast included.

The high bidder is responsible for pickup of purchased items in a timely manner before the conclusion of the convention. The Auction Volunteer Team will be available in the Banquet/Auction hall at the payment table to assist you in obtaining your item. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the high bidder. Our staff will work with you to find the best method to ship purchased items that cannot be taken by the high bidders. GSCO assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No hard item merchandise will be delivered to buyers until full payment has been received. All hard merchandise will be shipped within 30 days after full payment of item is received.
Terms of Sale
Any bid, whether at the live auction, online or by phone, constitutes an OFFER TO PURCHASE the item being presented at the time. Unless a higher and subsequent bid is made, your bid creates a binding contract of purchase, obligates you to sign the bid ticket or, in the case of a phone or online bid, authorizes the person who took the bid to sign on your behalf. Being the high bidder for an item requires that the bid amount be paid prior to the conclusion of the auction or directly thereafter.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. In no event shall Buyer seek reimbursement from GSCO and Buyer acknowledges and agrees that GSCO is not liable to refund the purchase price or any portion thereof.
Auction Procedures
The auctioneer and his staff run the auction. Their rules and decisions will be final. If during the live auction, a final bid for an item is erroneously taken from two bidders, the bidding is closed to everyone else except those two bidders. The high bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser; the auctioneer shall have the sole and final discretion to determine the successful bidder in any auction. At each live auction, there will be pre-designated bid spotters in the audience, and it is the responsibility of the bidder to direct bids to the nearest spotter. The auctioneer and spotters will make every attempt to acknowledge all desired bids, but GSCO is not responsible for any missed bids or bids that fail to be executed.
The high bidder for a hunt or trip is responsible for making arrangements directly with the donor in a timely manner. It IS NOT the obligation of the donor or Grand Slam Club/Ovis to contact the high bidder. The high bidder is responsible for following the same procedure as if the hunt or trip had been booked directly with the provider.
Online Bidding
All online bidders will be required to pay a 5% buyer’s premium with a $250.00 Cap plus an additional 4% credit card administrative fee.
You will be asked to provide the following information: full name, email address, billing address, phone number, credit card number which an address verification system (avs) is completed. Items purchased through the online auction will be shipped by a GSCO representative and shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
All purchases over the amount of $10,000 will require a call back from GSCO auction team for verification.
HUNTS
Although GSCO has used its reasonable efforts to ensure the quality of donated hunts and trips, it has no control over the operation of the donor and cannot and does not guarantee that the hunt or trip will be to the Buyer’s satisfaction. The Buyer understands and agrees that it is his/her responsibility to make all arrangements for hunt or trip dates, including travel and completion of filing of all necessary documents, including applications for licenses and permits. GSCO cannot guarantee or warrant that a trophy animal or any animal will be taken during a hunt. Some hunts are subject to VAT and GST tax liabilities, which sometimes are due and payable before the hunt can be taken. Buyer understands and agrees that GSCO is not responsible for these fees and that it is the Buyer’s responsibility to pay these fees unless other arrangements are made with the donor.
In no event shall GSCO, its directors, officers, agents, employees, or representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages however causes and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way or form out of the Buyer’s purchase of trips, hunts, goods, services, or anything else purchased by Buyer at auction.
FIREARMS
Before taking possession of your purchased firearm, the gun must be registered in compliance with all federal, state, and local firearms laws. GSCO will ship the firearm through a Firearms License (FFL) holder, at the expense of the purchaser, to a Firearms License (FFL) holder of your choice after the event.
