Semi-guided South Central Iowa 3-Day Turkey Hunt/Shed Hunting for 1 Hunter for 1 Eastern Turkey on over 2,000 contiguous acres of prime turkey and whitetail deer habitat. Hardwoods, creek bottom, tillable ground, pasture ground, prime for turkey hunting. Property is managed for quality over quantity, very few hunts per year. 100% shot opportunity on semi-guided turkey hunts over the last 4 years.
Hunt will take place in Turkey Unit 4. Available for any of the 3 season dates or youth season.
Hunt can be taken Spring of 2025 or 2026.
Included: 3 days semi-guided turkey hunt/shed hunting.
Not included: lodging, meals, tags/license, processing, transportation to the location or during the hunt.
Must apply for turkey tag drawing, application deadline is the last Sunday in January. Application period starts in December.
Additional hunters can be added. Contact outfitter for details.

PRIOR TO BIDDING ON ANY ITEMS IN THIS AUCTION, PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. The winning bidder shall pay shipping on any item purchased that the winner cannot pick up in Nacogdoches, Texas.
2. If the winning bidder is unable to pick up a firearm with the FFL (Federal Firearm Licensee) in Nacogdoches, Texas, the winner must provide DSC East Texas with an FFL that DSC East Texas can transfer the firearm to in the winner's locale. The winner is responsible for any additional fees with the transferee FFL if ETSC's local FFL is not used.
3. Winning bidder must comply with all firearm laws and regulations for any necessary background check to obtain ownership of a firearm. There will be NO refunds after bidding closes if the winner fails to qualify for firearm ownership.
4. All sales are final when bidding closes and the winner's credit card will be charged.
