All Firearms require a background check. Please do not bid on a firearm if you are unable to own one. We ship anywhere in the United States. Please be ready to pay for any items you win directly following the auction as we pay our consignors quick. PLEASE NOTE: The webcast services DON'T provide your credit card information that you provide them to be able to bid. We WILL call each and every one of you following the auction for payment information and request the information on who you are using for out of state FFL transfers, we WILL need a copy of your FFL Providers License to ship your Firearm. You will be responsible for the shipping cost plus $6.00 Per box fee to cover the Box, Bubble Wrap, Peanuts, Tape, Labels, Etc. For Using the Webcast, please use GOOGLE CHROME as your browser as they have the highest refresh rates and helps move the auction along at a real time webcast. Right before the auction starts auction day, there will be a new button flashing for LIVE AUCTION, click that and it will take you to the live auction. There will also be a button for LIVE AUDIO/VIDEO. The first time click it, it will give you audio, then click again and you will have video. You can see us and hear us thru the whole auction. We will say more info that you may not have in the description and be able to follow along with the auction better by listening. Plus, you will hear me talking a bunch of crap the whole auction! Should be entertaining! If you won a firearm, you could send a copy or have your provider, send a copy of their valid FFL to our email at brandusedworks@hotmail.com or by fax at 719-784-7440. MAKE SURE they put your name somewhere on the correspondence so we can correlate the two! We get a heck of a lot of FFL's after an auction, you are not the only one who bought a gun! There is a $10 transfer fee on all firearms to help maintain keeping the books. We accept C&R Licenses, a question of age, the burden falls on you, the C&R. The auction will move at a rapid pace so please don't wait for the last minute to place your bids as you may miss out on that lot. THIS ONE IS HUUUUGE! If you leave a PRE-BID we DO NOT see your max bid. NONE of the 3 platforms talk or share information with each other. Just because your max bid was $60 and you were winning at $30, $40 on another site, $50 you're in, then we ask for $60. WELL.... it won't automatically run you up... and we get $60 on another site, you're out and that's the way the ball bounced. There is nothing we can do to resolve this. MY ADVICE for what it's worth... Bid one more increment just in case. Who wants to lose by one bid or even worse, by a tie for the same price!
