Ammunition will ship separate from any winning firearm(s) lot, and will be subject to a second shipping fee over and above the one for the firearm(s).
Winning bidders are responsible for all shipping and handling fees. Payment in full will be required before shipment can be finished. Local bidders will get a invoice with shipping zeroed out (unless shipping is requested), while those outside of the local area will get a invoice with shipping added.
We will begin the shipping process once all payments are processed and finalized. Winning bidders must pay within 48 hours of auction close(auction ends for example on Saturday 7:30 pm, payment due by Tuesday 7:30 pm for example) or give up their claim on the won item(s).
Firearms and ammo are NOT shipped outside of Canada.
Winning Canadian bidders on any firearms and ammo must email us a copy of their PAL (front and back). Winners of pistol MUST have a restricted PAL AND an ATT so they can legally transport it. The PAL info can be sent after winning any firearms and/or ammo.
Canada Post will be used for most packages unless otherwise requested by the buyer. Some items may be far too heavy to ship and will be noted as “Pick Up Only”.
For local pickup shipping fees are waived. Pickup will be ready noon the following day unless otherwise noted. If an auction ends on a Saturday, pickup will be ready by the Monday. Sunday may be delayed so far as the invoices and billing goes.
Winning bidders will have 48 hours from auction close to pickup and pay for their items. If lot(s) are not picked up by that time, we reserve the right to cancel the order. Any payments already done will be kept if the lot(s) are abandoned and not picked up.
Exceptions can be made if we are notified, and we are happy to hold winning lots if payment is done within 48 hours.

Upon winning any item(s), an invoice will be sent to each customer from the time of auction close to the middle of next day. You may not get an invoice immediately after auction close, please be patient.

Payment can be done at our location or with PayPal online. We can ship, but an extra shipping fee will be added to invoices for people wishing to have their items shipped, and/or those living outside of BC.

Auctions will be subject to a flat 10% buyers premium.
Online bidding during the online Auction is a very fast process, and therefore there is no confirmation given. Bids will be taken immediately and are irrevocable once given by the bidder(s).
The highest bidder shall be the purchaser upon the completion of bid verification. Bid verification will commence upon the conclusion of a live auction. All winning bidders shall be notified by email within the 24 to 48 hour bid verification period barring any technical issues arsing.
No bidder shall retract their bid. All bids are final, bidders are asked to be careful in what they bid on.
In the event of a dispute between two or more bidders, the auctioneer, at his sole discretion may put the lot up for resale to the highest bidder.
A bidder is deemed to have accepted an item when making a bid. No retractions allowed.
The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any lot at any time prior to the time of sale of such lot. This may be done because of defects, damage or any other issue(s) Poco Military and Outdoor Supplies deems as good enough reason to withdraw a lot. Any winning bids on said withdrawn lots will not be viewed as payable by Poco Military and Outdoor Supplies Ltd.
The auctioneer reserves the right not to accept any bid which is only a partial advance over the preceding bid. Bids must be done in increments offered by the bidding system online.
The auctioneer may break down or consolidate any lot or lots at his sole discretion. All changes and adjustments to lots will be noted in the description section of affected lots.
Poco Military and Outdoor Supplies Ltd. assumes no responsibility for any liability once a bid is accepted. All bids are final.
It is recommended that purchasers arrange insurance for their purchases in advance. Poco Military and Outdoor Supplies is not responsible for insurance coverage on shipping, storage of paid items and any other goods won by bidders.
Except as set out herein, there shall be no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise of any nature.

All lots must be paid for on day of sale by cash, direct deposit, PayPal or credit card where acceptable.
Internet bidders shall have within 48 hours upon receipt of their email notification to pay for their items.
All applicable excise, premiums and sales taxes shall be added to the purchase price.
The purchaser is not entitled to possession until all items have been paid for in full. In the event that the purchase prices are not paid within the prescribed time, the auctioneer shall have the right to resell such items in whatever manner he sees fit without notice to the purchaser. Any shortfall from sale plus commission and expenses thereof shall be paid by the purchaser.
All costs and responsibilities of removal shall be borne by the purchaser/bidder within the time prescribed by the auctioneer. The auctioneer may require proof of adequate insurance from the purchaser. The purchaser/bidder hereby indemnifies the auctioneer and the vendor against any and all damages arising from the dismantling and removal of any lots.
Any lots not removed within the prescribed time shall be subject to storage, moving, disposal and service charges at the sole risk and expense of the purchaser. All such lots shall be deemed as abandoned and shall be subject to resale for the recovery of such charges. The purchaser shall also be liable for any rent or damages sustained by the auctioneer for failure to remove any lot.
If for any reason, Poco Military and Outdoors Supplies Ltd. is unable to deliver any or all of an awarded lot or title thereof, the sole liability of Poco Military and Outdoor Supplies Ltd. shall be the refund of any monies paid on the lot.
Incorrect addresses given by winning bidders will NOT result in a refund. If Poco Military and Outdoors Supplies Ltd. receives returned packages, the winning bidder will be given one more chance to provide a second shipping fee to the auctioneer, and must provide a correct address.
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to remove their items within the prescribed time either by pickup or shipping.
Poco Military and Outdoor Supplies Ltd. will not provide any delivery or transport of any nature for live auction items until the bidding is closed.
