Please contact immediately after the auction to arrange shipping if you wish to arrange yourself or pick-up from our premises - 780-348-5414. Otherwise, we will package and arrange shipping of all goods purchased by Wednesday (at the latest) following the auction. Note to U.S. bidders, once payment has been processed on your credit card your purchases will be sent to Borderview International Firearm Logistics for importing into the U.S. All fees for importation and shipping will be invoiced by Borderview. We also accept e-transfer. If you wish to pay using e-transfer, please contact the office by telephone or email by Monday morning otherwise payment will be processed on your credit card. wendy@clydeauctioneering.com (or) 780-348-5414. All U.S. bidders will have payment processed on their credit card prior to your firearms being sent to Borderview for importing into the U.S. For Import Fees, please go to Borderview's website: www.borderview.com.

Terms: Visa, Mastercard or e-transfer. Nothing is shipped until paid for in full. A 17% Buyers Fee will be charged on all purchases. GST will apply to applicable purchases.
Canadian Bidders Only: Firearms Online Registrations will remain 'Pending' until a copy of your Possession Acquisition License (both sides) & Driver's License are either scanned and emailed to wendy@clydeauctioneering.com or faxed to 780-348-5959. We also require a Gun Club (if purchasing a Restricted or Prohib Firearm) and Physical Location (if rural - Legal Land Description).
All items are sold “As Is, Where is” and lie at the Purchaser’s risk. Clyde Auctioneering is NOT responsible for the condition of any firearm. We represent the firearms only to the extent that is visible to us.
The items have been displayed and each Purchaser shall be held to have satisfied themselves as to the condition, identity, and authenticity and shall not be entitled to make any objection after the sale, whatsoever.
The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and shall control the bidding at all times.
In case of dispute, the Auctioneer’s decision shall be final.
All merchandise must be paid for on the day of the auction.
