Is transportation of trophies to shipper included? No, transportation is at cost. We provide assistance with the shipping, receiving, and clearing which is normally completed within 2-4 months of the conclusion of the hunt. This is a huge savings and convenience for our guests.

Are Weapons Permits needed? YES, Scottish Gun Permit secured from the government with our help only if guest is bringing their own rifle.
If YES, are these permits provided? No, but can be arranged at cost (approximately $50.00 government fees).
Because of storage and transportation costs, most people choose not to bring their own firearm.

Hunt Arrival & Departure point: Edinburgh Scotland All airport transfers are included.
Type of accommodations included on hunt: Luxurious 18th Century Duke's Estate
Estimated Incidental costs prior to and after hunt: Edinburgh arrival night lodging and expenses. Should the successful bidder extend his/her stay in Scotland, England, Ireland, or Europe, we will help plan the extension, but additional airfare and costs are the traveler's responsibility.
Not included: Tips, Alcohol, Trophy Preparation, Shipping, Receiving, Clearing and US Fish and Wildlife Permit all performed at cost.

AUCTION RULES
Auction items not paid in full this evening will be resold or in the event of non-payment of any hunt,
cancellation will result.
It is the bidder’s responsibility to 1) contact the outfitter within 30 days after this event, 2) obtain proper licenses and permits and 3) arrange times and dates with the outfitter unless otherwise stated.
Items have a “value” stated for them. This is the customary charge made by the outfitter for this service or the retail price of goods which are offered, but is included here for reference purposes only.
In the event of a “tie” between bidders, the auctioneer may reopen the bidding between the two high bidders only. The person whose bid was not personally taken by the auctioneer will be the first asked to increase the bid, and the bidding will continue.
No goods sold at auction have been inspected by the Arizona Chapter of SCI and bidders are advised to exercise proper care before their use.
The goods covered by this auction are sold as is with all faults and defects and without any express or implied warranties on the part of the Arizona Chapter of SCI, including but not limited to, warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability.
