Sasha Belancic of European Hunting Adventures of Serbia has provided a generous donation of 7 day trip for either two hunters or a hunter and observer, consisting of 3 hunting days, 2 days for arrival and departure together with 2 additional days of touring in both Belgrade and Novi Sad. Novi Sad is about 100 km NW of Belgrade, the capital of Serbia. Included are the trophy fees for a Racka Sheep, 5 female Roe deer, and ducks which would be shared in the case of two hunters.
The EHA trip includes also includes assistance of formalities at Belgrade airport for arrival and departure, stays in either a 3-4 star hotel or hunting lodge depending on location, meals, use of 4X4 hunting vehicle for up to two hunters, professional hunter services, and field preparation of trophies.
Hunting season for the Racka sheep is all year round, for the Roe deer females from September 01 to January 31and for duck from September 01 to February 28. The only time when is possible hunt all three species is from September 01 to January 31 and the best period is from October to December.
During the two days of touring you will visit historical cities, in which shopping, sightseeing and meals are spectacular. Tourism includes seeing several Orthodox monasteries on Fruska Gora, and a tour of Novi Sad including a visit of the Petrovaradin fortress. On the second day, it includes a tour of Belgrade, visiting Kalemegdan fortress with military museum, and seeing the Orthodox Temple of Saint Sava.
Not included is air fare to and from Belgrade, rent of hunting rifle ($150), 20% VAT of donation value and total bill, Serbian hunting license ($140), packing and sending of trophies, taxidermy, trophy official measurement, export documentation, drinks, and gratuities.
Hunt can be upgraded with additional trophies to include: Russian wild boar, Mouflon sheep, Fallow deer, feral goat, jackal, wild cat, and badger per current trophy fee list. This donation is good for available dates from in 2017 or 2018.

Calgary Chapter Safari Club International (CCSCI) has exercised reasonable care and prudence in the selection of auction items and prizes; however accepts no liability for the use or misuse, and make no warranty as to their suitability, safety, or function, either expressed or implied.
All sales are final and there will be no exchanges or refunds on items. Every effort has been made to ensure the quality of items; however, we cannot guarantee the satisfaction of the donor or the buyer. In reference to hunt donations some specific dates are set by the donors; it is the purchaser's responsibility to contact the donor immediately and make all the necessary arrangements regarding dates and application for any required paperwork for licenses and/or permits.
Live Auction
Auctioneer will facilitate bidding on live auction items this evening, though both bidding on the floor, and bidding via online.
In case of a disputed bid, the bid may be re-opened at the discretion of the auctioneer whose decision is final.
It is the purchaser's responsibility to contact the donor and make all the necessary arrangements
CCSCI reserves the right of refusal on any item that does not meet sufficient % of the market value.
All travel arrangements are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless stated otherwise.
All online winning bidders will have the credit card processed immediately following the sale of the item and will receive the necessary information regarding their purchase within 15 days of the close of the auction.
Merchandise will be shipped to the winning bidder at the winning bidder's expense.

2. CCSCI offers hunts, art, jewelry, firearms and other tangible items for bid during live and silent auctions or for raffle. All items are transferred as is. All valuations are provided by donors and all descriptions are based on information provided by third parties and CCSCI shall in no event be held responsible for their accuracy. CCSCI does not make implied or expressed warranties or representation of any kind, nor does CCSCI deem to have made any representation or warranty of the description, genuineness, attribution, provenance or condition of any item. No statement in the CCSCI publications, catalogs or brochures or in the bill of sale or invoice or elsewhere shall be deemed such a warranty, representation or assumption of liability by CCSCI. Any written warranties with respect to the items purchased are those solely and expressly supplied by the manufacturer or donor of that item or hunt. Although third parties sometimes provide appraisals with items such as jewelry, CCSCI does not verify or warrant their accuracy or origin. Appraisals are the result of subjective valuations and estimates of value and quality can vary markedly between competent and reliable appraisers. The provision of an appraisal does not represent a guarantee of value. Furthermore any written or visual presentation done or offered by third parties does not necessarily reflect the opinion or attitude of CCSCI.
3. After bidding for an item concludes and the auctioneer designates a winning bidder, the designated winner (buyer) must immediately agree to a Buyer's Agreement. For buyers at the auction location, the buyer must sign the Buyer's Agreement and one copy will be given to the buyer. For online buyers, when the buyer clicks "I accept" after reading the Buyer's Agreement, or pays for the item, the buyer is deemed to agree to the Buyer's Agreement. For silent auctions, the Silent Auction Bid Sheet is considered the Buyer's Agreement to purchase the indicated item. All signatures on Buyer's Agreements, and "I accept" or payment for online purchases, are legal and binding. CCSCI will not recognize changes, additions or deletions to any auction description agreed to by the buyer and donor unless such changes are noted on the Buyer's Agreement and signed by the buyer and an authorized representative of the donor, or in the case of online buyers, noted in an electronic writing exchanged between the buyer and an authorized representative of the donor.
NON-WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
Goods - All goods covered by this invoice have been acquired or obtained by the Calgary Chapter of SCI (CCSCI) from third parties. The purchaser acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by CCSCI and that the purchaser is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, bows, bullets or other items to secure a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. THE GOODS COVERED BY THIS INVOICE ARE SOLD AS IS WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS AND WITHOUT ANY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THE PART OF THE CCSCI INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF FITNESS AND MERCHANTABILITY. CCSCI ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR THE PRODUCTS' DESIGN OR USE. Any written warranties with respect to the goods delivered to the purchaser are SOLELY of the manufacturer of same.
Services - All services covered by this invoice have been acquired and obtained from and are to be furnished by third parties. No services covered by the invoice are to or will be performed by CCSCI. CCSCI SHALL BEAR NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DELIVERY OF QUALITY OF ANY SUCH SERVICES OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM, RELATED TO OR CONNECTED WITH THE PERFORMANCE OR NON-PERFORMANCE OF SUCH SERVICES. THE PURCHASER FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IN THE EVENT SERVICES PURCHASED ARE OUTSIDE OF CANADA, CCSCI CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY POLITICAL UNREST OR INSTABILITY THAT MAY OCCUR OUTSIDE THE CONFINES OF CANADA NOR CAN CCSCI BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANY INJURIES OR DAMAGES THAT MAY ARISE THEREFROM. PURCHASER FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HIS PURCHASE IS NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY AND ALL CIRCUMSTANCES AND THAT SHOULD LEGAL ACTION BE REQUIRED TO COLLECT FOR THE GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED BY THIS INVOICE, THEN THE PREVAILING PARTY SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL REASONABLE ATTORNEY'S FEES AND COSTS.
Shipping on all items unless noted will be the responsibility of the buyer.
This invoice and the terms and conditions here apply to and are binding on the heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns of both parties. This invoice contained the entire agreement between the parties and cannot be changed except by a routing instrument subsequently executed by the parties thereto.
