Shinto period signed and dated katana (Long sword) in sira-siya with full set of mountings including a 28 ½” freshly polished blade with fancy temper. Some flaws evident due to polish (Kizu). Inlaid old iron tsubawith brass and bronze square shapes that are possibly a crest or clan. Modern lacquered scabbard fitted to this blade. Modern fittings to the handle with vintage menuk of good quality. The openings to lamination that are mentiones keep this from being a high dollar sword but it is still attractiver and collectible and a nice state of full polish. Est.: $1000-$2000+

Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
