Lot of 2 mounted photographs each 14.75 x 18.875 in., framed together under glass, 28.75 x 39 in. overall. Both images made in 1910 by photographer F.L. Clarke, Mexico City, with the signatures of the sitter in the lower margin. The date of 1910 is significant in that this was the year of the disputed election, rigged by Diaz after jailing his challenger, Madero, which led to the Mexican Revolution and the exile of Diaz and Corral in May 1911.
