Ron Jewett of McDougall Lodge has generously donated a six day/five night fully guided Alaskan fishing trip on Lake Creek, located about 65 miles northwest of Anchorage. The winning bidder will be fishing Lake Creek for all five species of Pacific salmon, rainbow trout, Arctic grayling and northern pike. Schedule this trip with the outfitter for open dates from June 1-September 15, 2018 or 2019. Lake Creek has been created for perfect angling success. Its clear waters wander through Alaska’s unspoiled wilderness, 65 miles from the nearest road. Sandbars and shallow rills offer easy wading to its teeming pools, where every cast can deliver a strike. This donation includes private deluxe cabin accommodations, meals, fishing tackle, cleaning and freezing of all fish to be brought home, and guide services. Also included is the floatplane trip from Anchorage to McDougall Lodge. Winning bidder must bring a second full paying angler with them at $4,290. Not included are licenses (approx $55 per person), king salmon tags (approx $30 per person), airfare to Anchorage, alcohol and gratuities. This fishing trip can be upgraded to include more anglers as the cost of each additional angler is discounted. The Novi Chapter would like to thank McDougall Lodge for this 100% donation.
