Up Next We Have a Smith & Wesson Lend Lease U.S. Marked Victory Revolver M1917, Matching Numbers on Butt, Cylinder, Crane, and Right Grip. Chambered in .38 With a 5" Pinned Barrel. This is a regulation issue pistol that was produced by Smith and Wesson for the Army and was given to British under the Lend Lease Act. The barrel is marked on the left side "SMITH & WESSON" and the right, "38 S&W CTG." The top has the standard two-line commercial address markings. The Butt is Marked W.B. and an Ordnance Proof Flaming Bomb, The right side frame panel has the large "S&W" factory trademark and the grips are the smooth walnut military version. The Left side of the front portion of the frame and Barrel has British proofs as well as the Trigger Guard and Cylinder. Serial 946227. Lanyard Ring.
