Smith and Wesson Pre-Model 27 Post-War revolver, .357 Magnum, Serial #S-162619. The pistol is in fine overall condition with a 6” barrel with ramp front and adjustable rear sights. The pistol retains approximately98% of its polished blue finish with only a faint drag line and light muzzle wear noted. The pistol features a five screw frame with vivid case color noted on the hammer and trigger. The hammer and trigger are bothtarget style. The checkered wood medallion grips are in very good condition showing small mars and handling wear. The bore is very good, the action crisp and markings are sharp. The pistol retains its matching goldS&W box with all associated packing material. The pistol includes a Smith and Wesson factory letter confirming all features and indicating that the pistol was shipped to the Olympic Wholesale Co., Los Angeles, CA, onMarch 8, 1956.
