Smith and Wesson Pre-Model 27 revolver, .357 Magnum, Serial #S-163843. The pistol is in fine overall condition with an 8 ¾” barrel with a red ramp front and adjustable rear sights. The pistol retains nearly all of its two-tone finish with the barrel and cylinder in factory nickel and the frame blue. The pistol features beautiful, vivid case hardening on the hammer and trigger. The period custom checkered wood medallion grips are in nearly excellent condition showing little wear. The bore is very good, the action crisp and markings are sharp. The pistol includes a Smith and Wesson factory letter confirming all features and indicating that the pistol was shipped to Weed and Company, Rochester, New York on August 28, 1956. Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
