Expectations of hunters:
1) Bring another hunter and extend the hunt if feasible
2) Hunt from the outfitter's price list after harvesting donated trophies if additional game are
available and tip generously
Donations may not be combined on one trip unless outfitters agree prior to auction.
Phillip Bronkhorst Safaris is once again inviting two hunters and two observers from our chapter to South Africa for this one-of-a-kind Hook and Barrel Safari. Hunters will enjoy seven days of trophy hunting, game bird hunting (seasonal) and fishing days for Tilapia, Barbel, and Bass, and each hunter will receive a $2,250 trophy fee credit to be used on one or more species of his choice. Hunters will also enjoy three observer days, which may be upgraded to hunting days – 10 days in total. Hunting will take place on thousands of acres of well managed big-game hunting areas, with fishing in the adjacent Palala River.
This luxury package also includes a spa treatment for each observer and many sightseeing opportunities, which may be arranged with outfitter. Some excursions include the famous Kruger National Park, Sun City, Cape Town, and spectacular Victoria Falls combined with an extraordinary Chobe Experience.
Included: $2,250 credit for trophy fees for each hunter, one spa treatment per observer, and one afternoon sundowner and fishing per person, airport transfer on day of arrival, 10 days accommodations in traditional East African style safari camps with WIFI and cell service, 220v electricity, hunting/fishing transportation in fully equipped safari vehicles, cuisine and drinks, field trophy prep (skinning and salting), transport to shipper, full camp services, and daily laundry
Not included: before and after hunt expenses, temporary rifle permits, arrival and departure day ($250/person/day), airport transfers ($750/vehicle/trip - 4 passengers), alcoholic drinks, and gratuities
Available Upgrades: additional species per current price list, additional hunters at $435/day (1X1) and $335/day (2X1), observers at $250/day, and multiple excursion opportunities may be arranged through outfitter.
Notes: $1000 non-refundable deposit per hunter which will be credited to your safari account to confirm safari dates and quota. Any requested alternative hunting areas will be at normal daily rates. No back-to-back combinations of Hunt Donations. Safari credits is valid per hunter, one hunter can only utilize his or her own credit as per donation description. Sundays will be a day of rest and at Observer charge. Additional hunters, upgrades on additional trophy fees would be appreciated. $50 per hunter per day anti-poaching fee per hunter to combat illegal hunting and poaching. Normal Bronkhorst Safaris T&C applicable. Cannot be exchanged for a Photographic Safari.

All hunts, trips, and services are provided solely by the “Third Party.” SCI does not perform any of the services related to travel or any hunt, trip, or service, as all are the responsibilities of the Third Party and Purchaser. Any negotiations or changes or additions to the “Description, Third Party/Merchandise” is strictly between the Third Party and Purchaser.
Merchandise. SCI has obtained all merchandise/goods from Third Parties. Purchaser understands and agrees that SCI makes no warranty and bears no responsibility for the quality, quantity, or fitness for any use of any merchandise, as all are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Purchaser understands and agrees that SCI has not inspected or tested any merchandise and Purchaser agrees to assume all responsibility for the testing and use of the merchandise.
