Mesquite smoked Texas style barbecue dinner for 25-30 people, including: 1 full prime beef mesquite smoked brisket, 5# Jalapeno/cheese smoked Texas kielbasa (imported from Smokey Denmark/Austin, Texas), 3 slabs baby back ribs, 2 dead chickens smoked just right; homemade potato salad, cole slaw, borracho beans, pickles, onions, pickled jalapenos, cobbler or fruit pies, and adequate tea, soft drinks, and/or beer to wash it all down. Served at your home or place of business in the Bozeman/Belgrade/Livingston area by members of the board of Southwest Montana Chapter SCI. Must be scheduled prior to hunting season!
