PLEASE NOTE FOR THIS AUCTION ONLY!! DUE TO ADDED SURCHARGES FOR FEDEX AND UPS WE WILL NOT START SHIPPING ITEMS UNTIL DECEMBER 26TH UNLESS BUYER WISHES TO PAY THE ADDED COSTS OF SHIPPING. Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. 2% fee will be added to each invoice for packing, materials and insurance on all shipments. Shipping will be billed at cost. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, packing, materials, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Registration and Regulations apply and must be strictly followed. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know and follow the laws and regulations of their home state regarding firearms. It is the buyer's responsibility to know gun laws in their area.
