ring and bar, S/N 25017. Pre 96 model with no “Model” before 1895 marking (See Flayderman 9A-411). Near in range to identified “Rough Rider” carbines used Roosevelt in Spanish American War. In good overall condition showing 30%-50% finish drifting to patina with minor erosion and some light pinprick pitting. Well-marked with correct sights and parts. A light but visible 1896 cartouche shows in stock along with a “P” proof. The interior is good with wear to rifling but no pitting or darkening. A desirable pre-98 krag carbine. Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks. Buyer pays all packing, material, handling, shipping costs and insurance. International Shipments will be sent to an exporter and buyer agrees to pay all costs incurred including all shipping costs, insurance, exporter fees and all custom & applicable duty fees.
Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Registration and Regulations apply and must be strictly followed. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know and follow the laws and regulations of their home state regarding firearms. It is the buyer's responsibility to know gun laws in their area.
