Springfield trapdoor rifle, .50-70 caliber, 32.5” barrel, top of trapdoor marked Model 1870, no visible S/N, in overall good to very good condition with grey patina to metal surfaces, crisp action, good markings and bore that shouldclean to good; very good wood stock showing normal wear and three visible inspector cartouches on left side above trigger; accompanied by a socket bayonet and leather sheath/hanger.
