Steyr Mannlicher LUXUS model rifle in the versatile 300 Win Mag caliber.
Austrian craftsmanship in a classic Stalking Rifle, from one of the Europe's premier
gun makers, the Steyr Arms Luxus are very well made rifles embodying six rear
locking lugs, machine turned finish on the bolt and an elegant spoon handle that falls
perfectly to hand and opens in 60 degrees.
The barrel carries the characteristic spirals courtesy of the cold hammer forging
process – a method that produces incredibly hard-wearing barrels.
All the metal surfaces with a few exceptions which are a subtle bead blasted finish
carry Steyr's high luster bluing. Nowhere is this finish more alluring than on the
candy twist barrel!
Complimenting the metal parts, the stock is nicely figured with a rosewood forend
cap in the schnabel style, well placed hand cut checkering cut with a double border.
The stock has a characteristically sculptured cheek piece and palm swell overall
adding to the rifles overall pleasing proportions.

When shipping is required for any purchase an additional charge will occur the day the item has been shipped. We ship mainly at cost via Canada Post.
Please note that due to restrictions we will ship all Ammunition by courier Canada wide - No Ammo, or Firearms, can be shipped outside of Canada.. WE SHIP AMMO ONLY VIA UPS OR PUROLATOR.... We cannot ship ammunition to a PO BOX - Please note that if we cannot ship to your address the item is forfeited and NO REFUND will be given..
We are NOT responsible for damage during shipping. We don't guarantee delivery times and will not refund shipping charges for parcels that are not delivered by a specific date.
Items over $200 will be insured and a signature 18+ is required (unless under $200 or going by letter mail).

TERMS OF PAYMENT: At the conclusion of the Auction all items purchased will be charged to the Credit Card that was provided at registration to guarantee payment. If shipping is required for any purchase an additional charge will occur the day the item has been shipped. A $40.00 late payer fee may be added to any invoice that can't be processed at the conclusion of the sale. Please ensure that you have provided us with the correct number and expiry date. Recurring problem payers will be banned from future sales. Bidders are responsible for full payment of all their purchases at the drop of the hammer. Our Consignors are paid based on the hammer price. We will attempt to charge your credit card partial amounts until the amount is paid in full. Any purchase which has not been fully paid will be resold at the next available opportunity. Our normal commission charge (14%) will apply on re-sale. Any balance remaining unpaid after the resale will be referred to our collection agency, and or small claims court.

No employee of KOS Auctions is authorized to make any representation or warranty, oral or written, with respect to any lot or item for sale other than the CEO.
KOS Auctions will not return or refund money if an item is not exactly in the same condition as listed in the online listing. All ratings in the online listing are subjective and are of visual opinion, no mechanical inspection is undertaken by KOS unless stated. Any concern on a listing must be addressed via email before the closing of the auction.
Any items that are purchased that we are not able to deliver will be sold at the next opportunity, regular commission charges apply to that secondary sale.
We require your full correct name and a mailing address for your items won. Customers who fail to do so, or who need the paperwork restarted due to an error on their part may be charged an administrative fee of $25.00 per lot. Note that any items that have been purchased but are deemed “not importable/exportable” will be sold at the next opportunity. Regular commission charges apply to that secondary sale.

The Purchaser expressly acknowledges and agrees that in no event shall KOS Auctions or its associcated companies be liable for any damages including without limitation any compensatory, incidental or consequential damages.
The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. If we sell firearms that have been previously de-activated by others, these may not meet current or exportable standards. Firearms de-activated by others may or may not have a “de-activation letter” available. We are not able to search for letters for firearms de-activated by others.
