Embark on an unforgettable 10-day buffalo hunt in Zimbabwe's pristine Lowveld, a region celebrated for its breathtaking landscapes and diverse wildlife. This exclusive adventure for one hunter unfolds over 400,000 hectares of picturesque bushveld, adjacent to one of Zimbabwe's premier National Parks, where the formidable Dugga Boys roam freely, promising an exhilarating and authentic hunting experience. This hunt, set in the Southeastern Lowveld, is a true walk-and-stalk buffalo pursuit, crafted for the adventurous hunter. Facing these magnificent creatures is a test of both skill and courage, making it an adventure not suited for the faint-hearted. The hunt is available from March through November in either 2025 or 2026. Additional hunters and observers are welcome per our current price list. Plains game can also be hunted at our ranch in South Africa, should you choose to do so. Your African hunting experience will be enhanced by staying in a tented camp, equipped with solar power, hot water, and ice-cold beer. Nestled in a Mopane Forest on the banks of the Masukwe Dam, you'll be serenaded by the sounds of the wild, from the grunts of hippos to the calls of Fish Eagles. The package includes trophy fees, field preparation of trophies, transportation of trophies to a dipping and packing company in Bulawayo, round-trip transportation between Polokwane and the concession, hunting camp accommodation, meals, and the daily rates for one hunter. However, accommodation before and after the hunt is not included, and clients are responsible for arranging and covering their lodging in Johannesburg. Our members come from a diverse background and have a wide variety of hunting, fishing, outdoor and other interests. HSCF has provided over $4 million in grants for hunter-funded conservation initiatives including research, habitat protection, species proliferation, wildlife management, water projects, urban sprawl projects, anti-poaching campaigns and other efforts. AUCTION RULES, TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following rules apply to all bidders participating in online bidding and must be followed unequivocally. All decisions of the auctioneer will be final. The auctioneer and HSCF staff will render decisions on any disputes regarding the bids during the auction.
HSCF supports and promotes hunts and trips from donors who are members in good standing with their local and national hunting associations.
Some items, as components of donated hunts, may or may not be included unless specified. This may pertain to travel expenses to and from destination; hotel and meals before and after the hunt; alcoholic beverages; trophy dipping, packaging and shipping; gratuities and other items. Please review the details for each auction item.
Most hunt donations have specified dates for which they may be taken. Special arrangements other than as set forth in the auction descriptions are expressly between the donor and the auction winner.
Some non-hunt donations may require delivery and installation at your expense.
The winner’s credit card on file will be charged the full amount for each winning bid. At the conclusion of the auction, the winner will receive an email acknowledgment and a paid invoice once payment has been processed.
In the event the winner's card is declined, HSCF will make one (1) attempt to contact the winner to obtain a new form of payment. If the bidder cannot be reached, HSCF may, in its sole and absolute discretion, may offer the item for resale.
HSCF online auction winners will be assessed a Buyer's Premium (5% or $250, whichever is less) on the total winning bid amount for each online purchase. The Buyer’s Premium will be included in the total charged for each item.
Online bidders agree to not interfere or disrupt the standard working function of any aspect of the online auction, via any device, software or other means.
If an active bidder is not satisfied with an aspect of the online auction, the bidder's only recourse is to discontinue use of the online auction system prior to the conclusion of bidding or the purchase of an item.
HSCF reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction and/or to void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding, and offer any goods affected by any malfunction for resale.
All disputes regarding HSCF auction items purchased during this auction shall be submitted in writing to HSCF. All disputes and/or requests for refunds must detail and demonstrate proof of dispute. HSCF, at its sole discretion, may or may not approve a requested refund, based on the evidence and information provided. Credits or refunds will not be given, for any reason that is beyond the control of HSCF, if the auction winner is unable to utilize the purchased item with the time frame described in the auction description. Credits will not be provided by HSCF for any item for which the donor and buyer alter or vary the terms set forth for the item in the auction description as provided during this auction.
For any approved credits or refunds, which will be made at the sole discretion of HSCF and are final, the credit or refund will not exceed the amount allocated to HSCF for the specific item, in the case of items for proceeds are to be shared with any third party.
It is the bidder’s responsibility to read the HSCF Disclaimer of Liability for Goods & Services. By bidding on any auction item, whether in person or online, the bidder agrees that they have read, understand and agree to the HSCF Disclaimer of Liability.
