General Description: 3 ½” gas operated, semi-automatic shotgun that allows you to shoot light target loads to heavy waterfowl loads utilizing a two piston system. The Viper Max comes with a light and heavy load piston. Use light load piston for 2 ¾” shells, for other rounds use heavy load piston. Secondary piston can be stored in forearm for easy retrieval. The Viper Max comes with 4 Beretta®/Benelli® Mobil Chokes (SK, IC, M, F) as well as over molded rubber grips on the stock and forearm for added comfort. Newly developed recoil pad and swivel studs also included. Back by our Five Year Warranty.

Action: Gas operated semi-automatic. Bolt remains open after last round is fired. If magazine and chamber are both loaded, opening action will result in ejecting shell from chamber and cycling new shell from magazine into the chamber. If operator desires to unload the chamber only, press button near trigger guard (magazine cut-off) to lock lifter in place, shell will eject from chamber once opened and bolt will remain open.
Safety: The primary safety is located on the backside of the trigger guard. When engaged, the safety is designed to block the trigger, hammer lever and the hammer which makes the firing mechanism immobile.
Magazine: Tubular magazine; bottom loading. Shot plug is included and comes installed. Shot plug is easily removable by unscrewing the magazine cap. Simply pull plug out and replace magazine cap.

Shipping Details:
Items ship within 15 business days of receipt of your receiving FFL. Although infrequent, there may be times when product availability or federal/state requirements cause shipping delays. We ship Fed Ex and they will notify you with a tracking number when your item ships and again when it arrives at your FFL. Please see terms and conditions for other shipping information.
Payment Details:
Payment is due immediately and will be charged to your credit card on file. You will receive a paid receipt from us within 24 hours of the auction closing. Please contact Beth at beth.ruff@bektel.com to make other payment arrangements.

Please note that when you enter into a bid, you enter into a binding contract to purchase your item per the terms listed. Please do not bid if you don't intend to follow through on your purchase. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject your bid at the close of the auction, even if you're not the high bidder. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of auction close if your bid has been accepted. There is a $200 relisting fee on any item that you bid on, win and fail to pay for. If you dispute the charge to your credit card which you have agreed to, there will be an additional $200 charge to pay for our time and costs in collecting the disputed charge.
It is your responsibility to know and understand the gun laws in your state of residence. Not all items are legal to ship to every state. We will require a copy of your photo ID prior to shipping ammunition in order to prove age. Please know your state laws prior to bidding on any item, especially if you live in California. There is a $200 relisting fee if you win an item that cannot be shipped into your state.
There are also new regulations popping up around the country concerning shipping ammunition. We cannot ship ammunition to California. Regulations in other states may impact our drop ship rates to you. We will check with you prior to shipping if the rate is impacted.

7% Sales Tax for North Dakota residents
All bids are final and cannot be retracted for any reason. There is a $200 relisting fee for retracting, cancelling or refusing to honor your bid for any reason.
For firearms or other controlled items, you will need to provide us with a copy of the Federal Firearms License that you wish us to ship to. By providing this license, you authorize us to ship to that address on your behalf. You will need to contact your local gun shop and have them send a copy of their FFL to beth.ruff@bektel.com. We do not contact gun shops on your behalf. If you have not provided us with an FFL for shipping, storage fees of $2 per day will begin after 30 days unless you have made arrangements with Beth.

Your credit card will be charged at the close of the auction for the amount of your purchase. When using a debit or credit card, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions, including your card holder agreement. If your credit card declines, we may attempt to charge your card for a partial payment. If you card continues to decline, we will apply any partical payments toward restocking fees at our discretion.
SHIPPING FOR ITEMS OTHER THAN FIREARMS
Shipping is available to your address on file for a flat rate of $15.95 per auction. The item becomes your property at the point that we charge your credit card for the amount due. The buyer assumes all risk in shipping the item. We cannot control what happens with the item after it leaves our possession and any damage or lost items are between the buyer and the shipper. If you would like to insure your items for an additional charge, please let us know prior to shipping.
