Tam Safaris is home to three of Africa’s BIG 5 - Lion, Rhino, and Buffalo. Its land stretches over an area of 60,000 acres and offers guests the ultimate hunting experience. In this diverse and very private environment the largest variety of game species in the world exists to tempt the hunter. The area abounds with Black and White Rhino, Lion, Buffalo, Sable, Roan, as well as a large variety of all the plains game and African exotics. A total number of over 40 species are offered.

The sophisticated elegance of the up-market accommodation, with no luxury or detail spared, creates a unique comfort for hunting clients. Personal attention and care are always provided. Each private ensuite is complemented by artistic Safari Décor and style, which accentuates the hunting surroundings. The Rhino hunt is your professional hunter and hunter, along with support staff and the veterinarian with extensive experience with African game species. Past presidents of the Greater Dacotah chapter Carl Stonecipher, and Paul Vinatieri have been on this hunt, and it is one of the finest adventures in Africa! This is a fantastic opportunity to hunt a trophy rhino with a dart gun and have the trophy images to go on this trip with Tam Safaris.
This hunt is a 7-day Vita darted Rhino hunt for 1 hunter and 1 non-hunter. 5-Star luxury accommodations. Pickup at airport and transfer to hunting area is an additional charge of $395. Trip arrival and transfer point is Port Elizabeth, Location of hunt is Cradock. Other animals are available at current rates and $350/day for extra hunting days if needed. Field prep is included for other trophies added to this hunt. Dip and pack are an additional minimal fee.

Where shipping is required, it will be the bidder’s responsibility to pay for the packaging and shipping.
Any firearms shipments, the purchaser will have to pay the transfer fees to the FFL Dealer and provide a copy of the FFL Dealer license to First Stop Gun Shop in Rapid City, SD.

Online Live Auction Policy
All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds on auctioned hunts, services and/or items, including fishing trips (hereinafter “hunts”).
All such auctioned hunts must be used within the timeframe specified on the donation. If no date range is specified, all such hunts must be used within one year of the date of purchase or work with the outfitter to change the dates of the hunt.
The purchaser (winning bidder) must contact the donor within thirty (30) days of the date of this purchase.
If the purchaser fails to contact the donor within thirty (30) days of the date of this purchase, the donor may consider the donation invalid.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to contact the hunt and/or services donor immediately, make all necessary arrangements for dates, and submit the application for any necessary paperwork for licenses and/or permits.
SCI-GDC is not, and will not act as, a conduit or go-between between the purchaser and donor.
SCI-GDC has made reasonable efforts to ensure the quality of donated hunts, items, and other services; however, SCI-GDC does not guarantee the satisfaction of the donor or the purchaser.
All donors provided notice on the SCI-GDC donation form, or other supporting documents they submitted to SCI-GDC with their donation, specifics regarding the duration (in days) of the hunt/service and the available date range for completion of the hunt or service offered in the donation. They also addressed what lodging/accommodations are offered and what trophy fees are included with the donation. A copy of this donation form (and/or supporting documents) will be provided to the winning bidder if he/she requests the subject documents formally in writing to SCI-GDC within 12 months of the auction date.
SCI-GDC does not guarantee or warrant that a trophy animal or any animal will be taken during the period of the hunt. Locating or taking an animal of any trophy quality or otherwise is not a condition of acceptance by the purchaser for the purchased hunt.
A person who bids on behalf of another person or group is responsible for payment in its entirety.
Several bid items have undisclosed reserve amounts. The seller or its designee reserves the right to bid up to, but not over, the undisclosed reserve amount.
The goods and services offered in the auction are sold “as is,” including any faults or defects, and without any express or implied warranty or guarantees on the part of SCI-GDC or Safari Club International (SCI). SCI-GDC and SCI make no warranties of fitness or merchantability.
The winning bidder acknowledges that SCI-GDC and SCI cannot be responsible for, or liable for, any political unrest, epidemic, acts of god, or instability that may occur inside or outside the United States, nor can SCI-GDC or SCI be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from.
SCI-GDC. The winning bidder further acknowledges that his/her purchase is final and non-refundable under any and all circumstances.
SCI-GDC reserves the right to add/withdraw any item from the auction line-up.
