Join Kuvhima Safaris in Limpopo Province of South Africa for an all-inclusive 12-Day Safari (10 Full Hunt days, plus the arrival and departure days) for two hunters PLUS a Trophy credit of $3,000.00 to be shared between the two hunters. The trophy credit is not transferable between the hunters. This trophy credit can be used towards any Trophy Animals. Daily rates and trophy fees additional to those donated will be as per the current price list of the year of the safari is taken. Non-Hunters are welcome to be added at a special rate of $150 per day. Non-hunters may not use the allocation of the second hunter if not hunting. Children under 13 years of age are welcome free of charge.
This is an all-inclusive package and includes pick-up and drop-off at Johannesburg Airport, all meals, all drinks, field preparation of trophies, laundry service, accommodations in our Luxury Safari Lodge, and the services of an experienced Professional Hunting Guide and Tracker.
The hunt may be scheduled for 2019, 2020 or 2021. Should the buyer wish to schedule this hunt in a year other than those mentioned here, arrangements can be made with the outfitter book beyond 2021.

• All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds on hunts and services. Unless otherwise indicated, all auction hunts and services must be used within one year of the date of purchase.
• It is the purchaser’s responsibility to contact the hunt and/or services donor immediately, make all necessary arrangements for dates, and submit the application for any necessary paperwork for licenses and/or permits. Failure to make necessary arrangements may constitute forfeiture.
• AK WSF is not, and will not act as, a conduit or go-between for between the purchaser and donor.
• AK WSF has made every effort to ensure the quality of donated hunts and other services. However, AK WSF does not guarantee the satisfaction of the donor or the purchaser.
• All donors must provide notice on the Hunt Donation Form of the number of days of duration and available time frame(s) agreed upon in the donation along with the opportunity to hunt/fish all species indicated in the donation. Hunt donations include any and all ancillary items or services as indicated in the Hunt Donation Form and confirm with the purchaser in the AK WSF auction sales receipt and Buyer’s Agreement.
• AK WSF does not guarantee or warrant that a trophy animal or any animal will be taken during the period of the hunt. Locating or taking an animal of trophy quality or otherwise is not a condition of acceptance by the purchaser for the purchased hunt.
• A person who bids on behalf of another person or group is responsible for payment in its entirety.
• The goods and services in the live auction are sold “as is” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of the AK WSF or WSF. AK WSF or WSF makes no warranties of fitness or merchantability.
• The high bidder acknowledges that AK WSF and WSF cannot be responsible for or liable for any political unrest, epidemic or instability that may occur inside or outside the United States, nor can AK WSF or WSF be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from.
• The high bidder further acknowledges that his/her purchase is final and non-refundable under any and all circumstances in its entirety.
• These rules are hereby incorporated into the Live Auction purchase agreement sheets by reference. The winning bidder agrees to acknowledge and accept these rules and conditionals.
