Nathan Brett is donating a Rush Creek Guide Service Rio Grande turkey hunt for 2 hunter's which includes 1 Gobbler per hunter. This hunt also includes the unlimited harvest of hogs and predators.
Hunters will arrive in Wheeler TX and have three full hunting days to harvest their Rio Grande Turkeys. The hunt includes 1 Rio Grande gobbler per hunter, with additional gobblers/hunters available for $1,250 per bird harvested.
Included: 3 full days of 2:1 guided hunting and the trophy fees for two Rio Grande (1 per hunter) gobblers.
Not included: Food & Lodging but can be added at $750 per person based on availability, Room and board is also available at a discounted rate in either Wheeler or Shamrock TX. License, additional turkey at $1,250 per turkey and additional hunters can be added at $1,250 per hunter. Observers are free if you are procuring your own room and board.
Turkey hunting opportunities in both Texas and Oklahoma, can be arranged through Rush Creek Guide Service. (additional charges apply) This is an absolutely outstanding turkey hunt, with an Outfitter that takes hundreds of gobblers every year!
Schedule with the Outfitter based on availability in 2025 or 2026. Turkey seasons generally run April – May.

Online Live Auction Policy
All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds on auctioned hunts, services and/or items, including fishing trips (hereinafter “hunts”).
All such auctioned hunts must be used within the timeframe specified on the donation. If no date range is specified, all such hunts must be used within one year of the date of purchase.
The purchaser (winning bidder) must contact the donor within thirty (30) days of the date of this purchase.
If the purchaser fails to contact the donor within thirty (30) days of the date of this purchase, the donor may consider the donation invalid.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to contact the hunt and/or services donor immediately, make all necessary arrangements for dates, and submit the application for any necessary paperwork for licenses and/or permits.
Failure to make necessary arrangements may constitute forfeiture.
SCI-AK is not, and will not act as, a conduit or go-between between the purchaser and donor.
SCI-AK has made reasonable efforts to ensure the quality of donated hunts, items, and other services; however, SCI-AK does not guarantee the satisfaction of the donor or the purchaser.
All donors provided notice on the SCI-AK donation form, or other supporting documents they submitted to SCI-AK with their donation, specifics regarding the duration (in days) of the hunt/service and the available date range for completion of the hunt or service offered in the donation. They also addressed what lodging/accommodations are offered and what trophy fees are included with the donation. A copy of this donation form (and/or supporting documents) will be provided to the winning bidder if he/she requests the subject documents formally in writing to SCI-AK within 12 months of the auction date.
SCI-AK does not guarantee or warrant that a trophy animal or any animal will be taken during the period of the hunt. Locating or taking an animal of any trophy quality or otherwise is not a condition of acceptance by the purchaser for the purchased hunt.
A person who bids on behalf of another person or group is responsible for payment in its entirety.
Several bid items have undisclosed reserve amounts. The seller or its designee reserves the right to bid up to, but not over, the undisclosed reserve amount.
The goods and services offered in the auction are sold “as is”, including any faults or defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of SCI-AK or Safari Club International (SCI). SCI-AK and SCI make no warranties of fitness or merchantability.
The winning bidder acknowledges that SCI-AK and SCI cannot be responsible for, or liable for, any political unrest, epidemic or instability that may occur inside or outside the United States, nor can SCI-AK or SCI be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from.
The winning bidder further acknowledges that his/her purchase is final and non-refundable under any and all circumstances.
SCI-AK reserves the right to add/withdraw any item from the auction line-up.
All donations will be used for efforts to protect our hunting heritage, wildlife conservation projects, and other core missions of SCI and SCI-AK, so please bid generously!
