We want hunters and outfitters to have a positive experience.

Expectations of hunters:

1) Bring another hunter and extend the hunt if feasible

2) Hunt from the outfitter's price list after harvesting donated trophies if additional game are
available and tip generously

Donations may not be sold, transferred, or combined on one trip with another hunt unless outfitters and chapter agree prior to auction.
Tony Perkins and El Papalote Ranch have donated an all-inclusive Javelina hunt for 4 hunters at their exclusive 5-star, 3,250-acre executive retreat located in the heart of the Golden Triangle of South Texas.

Tony and his partners are directors and supporters of the Las Vegas SCI chapter and are attending our event tonight. They own one of the most impressive lodges in Texas. Made of 120-year-old reclaimed timbers and native stonework, the 5,500-sf lodge can sleep up to 18. When not sitting in the blinds or traversing the miles of private trails and roadways on the ranch, the winners of this auction will be able to enjoy time with catch and release fishing, photo safaris, sipping a drink at the firepit or practicing their aim at the shooting range or skeet stations.

The Javelina is the newest species to be added to the Boone and Crockett trophy list and the first to be added in the past 25 years. The 4 razor-sharp canine teeth give it its common names, javelin and javelina, and the skulls make for a great addition to any trophy case. Javelina can weigh over 80lbs and even small ones will run off even the biggest exotics on the ranch. A fun animal to hunt and even more fun to hunt in a group. Bring your family, bring your friends or award your top employees or sales team, this is sure to be an adventure to remember. Not only fun to hunt, but great eating too. Whether you are making chorizo links or pit roasting the entire javelina, they make for some tasty meals.

Included: Daily rates for four hunters (double occupancy), trophy fees for two javelina for each hunter (8 total), guide (2X1), transportation on the ranch, meals, drinks (including alcohol in moderation), and two rounds of skeet shooting per hunter

Not included: Texas hunting license (required), taxidermy and meat processing (recommended local services are available that can process and ship to you at your cost, $125 fee applied per animal if meat is not taken at time of departure), gratuities to staff, additional days and trophy fees (these can be accommodated if requested in advance), any before/after hunt expenses, transportation from either Uvalde (40 mins), for private charters, or San Antonio Airport (120 mins), for commercial flights, can be arranged for $600.00 for up to 5 people (round trip)

Available upgrades: 30 additional species including whitetail deer and exotics according to price list. If upgrading to white tail the season is October to February and requires $5500 deposit.
