Southern Cross Safaris Donation 2016/7
The donated hunt consists of the following:
Donation Value: $ 12 500.00
PLEASE NOTE:
This is an 10 Day safari inclusive of 8 hunting days, for 1 or 2 hunters
Rifle hunt ONLY. ( 7 Animals)
The Donation includes:
1 x Black Wildebeest
2 x Springbuck
2 x Impala or 2 x Fallow Deer.
2x Cull Animals (To be determined based on Management choice)
If 2 hunters they can share the trophies listed. (ie. They do not get all the above trophies each)
The hunt can be extended beyond 8 days and many extra animals can be hunted.
Any additional trophies hunted on Southern Cross Safaris Private Reserve will have a 5% deduction on the trophy fee. Any trophies that need to be hunted on any of our hunting concessions will not get this deduction
Extra hunters and observers are welcome at the current 2017 Trophy pricing. (See Attached) No change from 2016.

To clarify the overall conditions of this donated safari, please understand that the following will pertain:
• Any part of a donated safari not satisfied, or voluntarily not taken, is forfeit;
• Any additional days added to a donated safari, and or any additional animals taken that were not listed as part of the donation, or any other services rendered that is not part of the donation, shall be paid for at the full and published market price;
• It is not acceptable to ‘trade’, especially in retrospect, any part of a donated safari that may have been forfeited, for any additional days or animals taken, or for any kind of additional service rendered;
• The donated safari must be undertaken during the following calendar year in which it is purchased.
• Please note that early departure is not refundable and cannot be traded.
• In the event of the buyer not wanting to hunt any more or finishing his hunting prior to the termination date of the hunt the safari will be deemed over and he will be transported back to Port Elizabeth.
• The second hunter does not constitute a non- hunting partner and or any other family member. It is for the use of a genuine second hunter. If 2 Hunters it may be needed to be a 1 on 1 hunt. This to be discussed after purchase with clients and Southern Cross.

Services - All services covered by this invoice have been acquired and obtained from and are to be furnished by third parties. No services covered by the invoice are to or will be performed by LVSCI. THE LVSCI SHALL BEAR NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DELIVERY OF QUALITY OF ANY SUCH SERVICES OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM, RELATED TO OR CONNECTED WITH THE PERFORMANCE OR NON-PERFORMANCE OF SUCH SERVICES. THE PURCHASER FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IN THE EVENT SERVICES PURCHASED ARE OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES, LVSCI CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY POLITICAL UNREST OR INSTABILITY THAT MAY OCCUR OUTSIDE THE CONFINES OF THE UNITED STATES NOR CAN LVSCI BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANY INJURIES OR DAMAGES THAT MAY ARISE THEREFROM. Shipping on all items will be the responsibility of the buyer.
