This is a 7-day hunt for 2 hunters and 2 observers on a 2x1 hunt with Jacques Senekal and African Maximum Safaris. The hunting season is from March through November 2019 or 2020. The arrival and departure point will be Johannesburg OR Tambo International Airport. Included are all accommodations, meals and laundry service during the donated hunting days and trophy fees for 1x Sable Bull and 1x Blue Wildebeest, to be shared by the hunters, and field preparation of trophies (dipping and shipping, transportation to shipper if needed is not included). The hunt may be further upgraded (36 available species) as per the outfitter’s published price list. Please consult with the outfitter on any upgrades to the package in advance. This donation excludes the arrival and departure days cost. Arrival and departure days are charged @ US $210 per person per day. The arrival and departure day cost includes the airport transfer fee and the accommodation on the arrival night. This is a non-negotiable charge on all donation packages with Africa Maximum Safaris. Weapons to be used: Rifle or bow. The limitation on the ammunition is 200 rounds per gun. Alternative weapon to bring is a shotgun for bird shooting. An export permit from the United States is required to bring any weapons in to South Africa. At South African Customs, the gun owner must supply necessary import permit on which a temporary firearm license will be issued. Also included is a $500 taxidermy credit (cannot be used as a deposit or cash) for each hunter for animals taken on this safari to be used towards shoulder, pedestal, or life-size mounts for each hunter from Young’s Wildlife Taxidermy, Frederick, MD.
* Hunters cannot use 2 donation hunt packages in the same calendar year or back to back.
* The package is not a hunt credit and cannot be exchanged towards another package or species included in the package, credited towards other species, or exchanged towards other species or activities.

BIDDER AUTHORIZES MABC-SCI TO CHARGE BIDDER’S CREDIT CARD FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF EACH SUCCESSFUL BID PLACED BY BIDDER IMMEDIATELY UPON THE CLOSE OF EACH INDIVIDUAL SALE.
All sales are final. NO RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE WILL BE ACCEPTED. Bidders paying by credit card require prior approval and will be charged an additional 4% Credit Card/Transaction Fee. No payments will under any circumstances be accepted from any third party not being a successful qualified Bidder. Bidders’ names and addresses may not be changed after date of sale.

The following provisions will apply to Bidders participating in online bidding:
1. Online Bidders must complete an online registration for approval. A credit card must be provided. You must also provide the CVV security code for the registered Credit Card.
2. This is an auction with reserve. Successful bids must meet the established reserve amount, if any, to win the item. The highest bidder’s credit card on file will be charged the full amount of each successful bid (that meets the established reserve).
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The highest bidder is subject to a 4% Credit Card/Transaction fee. This is added onto the value of the winning lot.
3. Online Bidders agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted during the online auction.
4. Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction.
5. If Bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction in any way, Bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased. Users agree that any arbitration or remedies sought in any way will be initiated within the closest local jurisdiction within the Commonwealth of Virginia.
6. Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International reserves the right to terminate Bidder registration and use of the online auction, and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict Bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.
7. ALL ITEMS SOLD THROUGH MID-ATLANTIC BOWHUNTERS CHAPTER OF SAFARI CLUB INTERNATIONAL ARE RECEIVED FROM THIRD PARTY VENDORS.
SERVICES: ALL SERVICES, HUNTS OR OTHERWISE, IN THE LIVE AUCTIONS, HAVE BEEN ACQUIRED FOR AND ARE TO BE FURNISHED BY THIRD PARTIES AND CONTAIN THE SAME RESERVATION SET FORTH UNDER “GOODS” ABOVE. THE SERVICES IN THE LIVE AUCTIONS ARE SOLD “AS IS” WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS, AND WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THE PART OF MABC-SCI. 9. Bidder acknowledges that the online auction bidding phase is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International`s or Bidder`s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a Bidder`s internet connection, computer or system. Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
10. Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any goods that were affected by any malfunction.
11. Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International reserves the right to terminate Bidder registration and use of the online auction of any particular Bidder without notice to said Bidder or penalty.
