Trophy Saskatchewan Moose Hunt for 1 Hunter for 6 Days
Gerry Purcell of Tobin Lake Trophy Adventures has graciously donated a
Saskatchewan Moose hunt for 1 hunter in the fall of 2024. This is a highly sought
after hunt, as Gerry’ area holds very good numbers of Canadian Moose and he
only takes 4 hunters a year, and usually tags are filled with-in a few days.
The hunt is for 7 nights and 6 days and includes all accommodations at his lodge,
meals, transportation during the hunt, either by boat, truck or quad, and Gerry will
even throw in a couple of drinks after the hunt. The dates are to be arranged with
Gerry as soon as possible and the seasons are between October 1-14 and
November 1-14, 2024.
Last year clients took a 56" and 50" bull as well as a couple of first
day 35" plus, and previous hunters have taken record book bulls. You arrive
at Tobin Lake by flying into Saskatoon, where you rent a car and drive the
3 hours north to camp, just an hour north-east of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.
You can also drive from your home, and take your trophy and meat home, or
Gerry will advise local processing and shipping at bidder’s expense. You can also
get your trophy done here as we have excellent taxidermists and that is an easy
way to get your trophy home. Schedule the hunt for 2024 and extra hunters are
welcome at the rate of 10,500 USD. You will also need a Saskatchewan moose
license of approximately $500 CDN, which can be purchased through Tobin Lake.
Calling and Spot and Stalk are the main methods of hunting. Hunters can fish
during the day as Tobin Lake is an absolute fisherman’s paradise, with trophy
Northern Pike up to 45" and Walleye in the 6-10 pound class for no extra cost.
Ruffed grouse are available and an evening duck hunt for extra fees can be done.
Whitetail deer can be taken on a trophy fee basis for a special price of 5,000 CDN
and Black Bear for 4,500 CDN. Hearty home cooked meals, a warm, comfy place
to sleep and trophy moose, make this a premier hunt to bid on and win.

This really helps out these outfitters and hunting companies that are trying to help us! With few exceptions, these donors are not wealthy philanthropists, but rather they donate to help wildlife, ensure the future of our sport, and generate new business for themselves. Please do what you can to help!
2. We do our best to solicit donated hunts only from competent outfitters. However, we do not guarantee the quality or success of any hunt purchased at this auction. All of this said, it is important to note that hunts purchased at our auction generally go very well, with both the donor and the buyer being well satisfied. Certain trips such as mountain hunts or spot and stalk hunts require a high level of physical fitness to maximize the opportunity for success. Other trips, such as game ranch hunts, are not physically demanding.
