This 10-day hunt, offered by Charlton McCallum Safaris, will give the hunter an incredible opportunity to harvest one of Africa’s Big Five. This safari is for one hunter and will be located in the Dande Concession of the Zambezi Valley in Zimbabwe. Daily rates and trophy fee for one (1) Tuskless Elephant are included in this offering, but hunter may add other animal species to the safari per trophy price list. Outfitter prefers hunt to be taken in the year 2025 (Should this need to be adjusted, outfitter will work directly with winning bidder.
Accommodation will consist of chalet/tented style camp.
Non-Hunting companions are welcome @ $350 per day (excluding government taxes & fees).
The arrival point for the hunt is Harare, Zimbabwe.
Suggested caliber for this hunt is .375 and up, and outfitter recommends up to 5kg of ammunition which includes secure lockable ammo box—This can be discussed further directly with the winner.
Air Charter from Harare to hunting area may be required @ approximately $3,400 roundtrip; $1,000 roundtrip if able to drive it.
Outfitter recommends checking with Airlines for any possible restrictions of travel with firearms.
Included: Trophy fee for one (1) Tuskless Elephant; daily rates covering full-time service of experienced professional hunter, trained staff, tracker, skinners, field prep of trophies, all transportation within the hunting area, pickup and drop off from airport, lodging, and all meals while on safari.
Not Included: Trophy Fees for any additional games species taken, International and domestic flights; air charter or ground transport from Harare to camp; dipping, packing, taxidermy and shipping; accommodations before/after safari and tips for staff.
*Included with this offering is a 14-Day individual medical membership. The certificate may be used a credit toward an upgrade, such as extending travel period, including security or adding family members.

All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds on auctioned hunts, services and/or items, including fishing trips (hereinafter “hunts”).
All such auctioned hunts must be used within the timeframe specified on the donation. If no date range is specified, all such hunts must be used within one year of the date of purchase or work with the outfitter to change the dates of the hunt.
The purchaser (winning bidder) must contact the donor within thirty (30) days of the date of this purchase.
If the purchaser fails to contact the donor within thirty (30) days of the date of this purchase, the donor may consider the donation invalid.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to contact the hunt and/or services donor immediately, make all necessary arrangements for dates, and submit the application for any necessary paperwork for licenses and/or permits.
Lubbock SCI is not, and will not act as, a conduit or go-between between the purchaser and donor.
Lubbock SCI has made reasonable efforts to ensure the quality of donated hunts, items, and other services; however, Lubbock SCI does not guarantee the satisfaction of the donor or the purchaser.
All donors provided notice on the Lubbock SCI donation form, or other supporting documents they submitted to Lubbock SCI with their donation, specifics regarding the duration (in days) of the hunt/service and the available date range for completion of the hunt or service offered in the donation. They also addressed what lodging/accommodations are offered and what trophy fees are included with the donation. A copy of this donation form (and/or supporting documents) will be provided to the winning bidder if he/she requests the subject documents formally in writing to Lubbock SCI within 12 months of the auction date.
Lubbock SCI does not guarantee or warrant that a trophy animal or any animal will be taken during the period of the hunt. Locating or taking an animal of any trophy quality or otherwise is not a condition of acceptance by the purchaser for the purchased hunt.
A person who bids on behalf of another person or group is responsible for payment in its entirety.
Several bid items have undisclosed reserve amounts. The seller or its designee reserves the right to bid up to, but not over, the undisclosed reserve amount.
The goods and services offered in the auction are sold “as is,” including any faults or defects, and without any express or implied warranty or guarantees on the part of Lubbock SCI or Safari Club International (SCI). Lubbock SCI and SCI make no warranties of fitness or merchantability.
The winning bidder acknowledges that Lubbock SCI and SCI cannot be responsible for, or liable for, any political unrest, epidemic, acts of god, or instability that may occur inside or outside the United States, nor can Lubbock SCI or SCI be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from.
The winning bidder further acknowledges that his/her purchase is final and non-refundable under any and all circumstances.
Lubbock SCI reserves the right to add/withdraw any item from the auction line-up.
